Thepanelists also discussed strategies they use to maintain industryengagement, what resources the state could provide to support sectorpartnerships at the local level, and what the board could do to supportthis work.7.0 Workforce System Budget ReviewKaren Humelbaugh, Director of the Office of Workforce Investments atthe Higher Education Coordinating Commission; provided an overview ofthe Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) components andthe WIOA Title 1B draft allocations for the 2018 Program Year.
