Members & Schedules Table Tennis division of Homenetmen Ararat Chapterhas 48 adult and 19 your members in 2016 Adult practices are held every Monday, Tuesday, andThursdays from 7pm-10pm. Wednesdays are dedicated to ladies extra practice Fridays are casual/family play day Private practices are scheduled based on availabilityof the student and coach during weekdays
Walk to Talk(Listen to Voices)An open table forum to listen to ideas and/or possibly concerns. Tournaments in general-- Completed Have coach on Fridays and Wednesdays. Other Tournaments & activities Navasartian games Over 15 people from Ararat Table Tennis members participated andbrought home the Trophy of First placeMaster 1: Erick, Sevak Master 2: Kachatur, Zorik Youth: Andrew, Haik December 2015 Christmas party Over 60 player, friends and family members participated in that pot-lockevent US National Games in July 2016 in Las Vegas Hrach and Robert took the Gold medal in Men’s Doubles over 40 yearsThe committee organized an appreciation evening with awards and music Other Sanction games in US Saro, Valod, Garo, Hovik, Rouben, George, Robert, and Sevak broughthome several medals and obtain high USATT ratings
Youth Table Tennis Activities Conducted Tri-semesters youth training programs (Fall, Summer and Spring),with average of 17 members per semester Introduced tiered youth training classes based on kid’s skill levels Continuing our private training program with success, averaging 5-10 studentsper months Continue working to expand youth mini tournaments with other clubs Youth members participated USATT sanctioned Tournaments hold in Ararat 2times this year and youth members showed great successes like first place U13years, first place U1000 ranking and many other achievements in their rankingsPlan for next year:Starting New Year, we would like to expand our recreational program for our youthdivision and hope to increase our youth members.
