It serves as a central hub for internalcommunication as well as knowledge management and resource portal by providingMLH users with information on and access to applications, policies, benefits, updates,and other information. We hope Wellspring serves as a valuable resource as youcontinue to make Main Line Health the best place to give and receive compassionate,human care.If prompted to log in, use your Main LineHealth email address and networkpassword, you will have access to all theresources within Wellspring.If you do not have a Main Line Health emailaddress, you should use your network IDand include “@mlhs.org” (e.g., if yournetwork ID was “abcd,” you would sign in asabcd@mlhs.org.On the Wellspring homepage, there are twonewsfeeds, which are fed by MLH To Go.Featured news are the stories everyoneshould see. Personalized news shows youcontent from the channels you’ve chosen tofollow in MLH To Go.
If you haven’t registered in MLH To Go yet,click the green button under personalizednews for more information and instructionson how to register and use MLH To Go.Through MLH To Go, you have the ability toshare your own photos and news fromaround the System, but for stories that mayrequire longer articles, you can also click theblue button below the Featured newsfeed toshare a suggestion for a news story.
Next to your personalized and featurednewsfeeds is the MLH Spotlight. In additionto MLH To Go, this is a great way for ouremployees and medical staff to *be seen*.You can submit suggestions for employeesand medical staff who should be spotlightedby clicking the pink button at the bottom.Below the newsfeeds and spotlight, you’llfind Quick Links. Quick Links offers you easyaccess to a number of resources underdifferent categories. The Quick Links’categories include: Popular, HR, Safety &Security, Leadership Toolkit and Forms &Branding.Below the Quick Links, you’ll find the Systemwide calendar. Click on an event to seemore information about it.For specific events for Clinical Staff, click onthe Clinical Staff tab on the globalnavigation. There you will find events likegrand rounds.Scroll back to the top of the homepage,you’ll find your global navigation, which willhelp you get to all of the areas within
Wellspring. This menu will appear no matterwhere you are in Wellspring.The search bar is located in the top rightcorner. There is a drop down arrow that willgive you categories such as Everything,People, Conversations and This Site.Make sure when you are typing somethinginto the search bar, you pick a categorywhere the information will be located.This Site indicates that the search will belocated on the individual site. Everythingindicates that the search will be anywhere onWellspring.Click on Locations/entities, this has a dropdown menu where you will find pages forsome of our locations and entities along witha directory listing of all Main Line Healthlocations.On a location page, you can find usefulresources, including cafeteria menus, on callschedules, and events happening at thatlocation.
When you go back to the main homepage,click on departments/services drop downmenu, you’ll find pages for areas that offerresources relevant to most of the System.Click on Resources, this has a drop downmenu that will give you access toadministrative applications, clinicalapplications, and education and referenceresources.Click on Life at MLH, this has a drop downmenu that provides information aboutClassifieds, DR &I, Mission, Vision & Values,MLH Directory, Performance Excellence andour Strategic Plan.Click on Information Services, this is a onestop shop for all of your IS needs, includingsubmitting a ticket to the Service Desk.
Click on Quality & Safety, this is a centralhub for all areas of Safety at Main LineHealth, including patient, employee andpublic safety and emergency management.Click on Clinical Staff, this can be used asan alternative main landing page for accessto resources and information that may bemore frequently used by staff in our clinicalsettings.At the top and bottom of every page, you’llsee a button for eFeedback. eFeedback isset up to be anonymous unless you chooseto include your name in your submission.At any time, no matter where you are withinWellspring, click the Wellspring logo at thetop or bottom of the page to return to theWellspring homepage.
