Air HandlingTailored to Your NeedsCross-section VariabilityDifferent locations - different customers – differentneeds.Cross-section variability is achieved by thearrangement of four and six modules (laminas)in basic heights.Minimized Length DimensionsThe unique casing design allowed us to abandonthe traditional air handling unit sections andrelationship between air handling unit casingand internal components. The eViking concept is able to “wrap” internalcomponents with minimum spacing using acasing of optimal length. The laminated eViking concept allows you toselect the unit height and width for air-handlingunits in the vertical or horizontal according toyour actual space requirements. The length dimensions of each functional part(built-in assembly) of the air-handling unit aredesigned in modular grid lengths equallingmultiples of 102 mm.These functional parts are then integrated intoassembly blocks in lengths equalling multiplesof 306 mm (modular width of the lamina). Thiscombination enables the air-handling unit to bedesigned to specific length requirements.Optimized ComponentsThe design of some built-in assemblies itselfcontributes to the length of units.Combined filtration walls are a good exampleof this. For example, fitting two filters into the commonframe will result in maximum reduction of thelength.Optimized Output According to Energy ClassesPerformance RangeThe newly-launched eViking air-handling unit range covers a wide performance range, see table below.Example: At the commonly used velocity of 3 m/s, an air-handling unit with a section area of 7x6 will presently provide you with an output of12.11 m3/s.Energy Performance matrix comparing unit dimensions & airflow (m3/s)A 7x 66.061,5 m/sU n i t Di m e n s io n s6x 62 m/s5.195x 6 4.364x 63.539x 45.168x 4 4.617x 4 4.336x 4 3.47A10.088.082,5 .759.418.1116.139.399.196.724 m/s13.8911.6410.337.665.7712.1310.197.0316.133,5 m/s10.428.725.8614.113 m/s8.675.894.69B12.1113.7712.2710.779.27Lower outputs units can be selected from our Viking XP air-handling unit range.4T: 0844 856 0591

Air HandlingSurface Finishes for any ApplicationeViking air-handling units are characterized by their long service life and trouble-free operation. Thanks to a wide range of surface finishing combinations(hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, and stainless steel) which comply with the grade of atmosphere corrosivity in accordance with EN 12500 andcorrosion resistance in accordance with EN ISO 14713, the eViking concept enables air-handling units to fulfil the requirements of the highest applicablestandards.FrameInternal casingExternal casingCorrosivityApplicationhot-dip galavanizedhot-dip galavanizedhot-dip galavanizedC2/C2air-handling units for indoor environment - low corrosivity(air-handling units for outdoor environment - low corrosivity)hot-dip galavanized powder coating RALhot-dip galavanizedhot-dip galavanized powder coating RALC2/C4air-handling units for indoor environment - low corrosivity(air-handling units for outdoor environment - low corrosivity)hot-dip galavanizedhot-dip galavanized powdercoating RALhot-dip galavanizedC4/C2air-handling units for indoor environment - high corrosivityhot-dip galavanized powder coating RALhot-dip galavanized powdercoating RALhot-dip galavanized powder coating RALC4/C4air-handling units for indoor environment - extra high corrosivity(air-handling units for outdoor environment - extra highcorrosivity)hot-dip galavanizedhot-dip galavanized powdercoating RAL epoxy coatinghot-dip galavanized powder coating RAL(C4/C4)version for poolshot-dip galavanized powder coating RALhot-dip galavanized powdercoating RAL stainless steelhot-dip galavanized powder coating RAL(C4/C4)hygienic versionhot-dip galavanized powder coating RALhot-dip galavanized powdercoating RAL stainless steelhot-dip galavanized powder coating RALC5 economy 1/C4air-handling units for indoor environment - extra high corrosivity(air-handling units for outdoor environment - extra highcorrosivity)hot-dip galavanized powder coating RALstainless steelhot-dip galavanized powder coating RALC5 economy 2/C4air-handling units for indoor environment - extra high corrosivity(air-handling units for outdoor environment - extra highcorrosivity)hot-dip galavanized powder coating RALstainless steelstainless steelC5/C5air-handling units for indoor environment - extra high corrosivity(air-handling units for outdoor environment - extra highcorrosivity)Technical SupportFor a detailed selection and performance specification, please contact our Technical Support Team on 0844 856 0594.W: www.vent-axia.com5
