Scouts that complete the MeritBadges prerequisite have a greater chance of completing the badge at the camporee. Use Troop Meetings and assign an adult to work with the Scouts on the prerequisite. Scouts should obtain the Merit Badge Book, read it and then are encouraged to complete as muchof the worksheets they can prior to the weekend. Alert: It may not be possible to complete all of a merit badge requirements at the camporee.Scouts can arrange follow-up sessions with the merit badge counselors.Blue Cards: Each Scout must bring a signed Merit Badge Blue Card to his class.
