Fitness and Dryland Coordinator24Board Member Roles and ResponsibilitiesFor the proper functioning of Elk River Youth Hockey operations, it is important that board membersknow their role and own their role. It is also important that board members understand that in manycases, role ownership can be shared with other board members, but that the ERYHA board and ERYHAmembers overall expect board members are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities in order for normalhockey operations to occur and also in order for board members to maintain their position on theERYHA board.1.
