Weller PTO and staff are pleased to offer your students After School Activities that will be enriching, fun,and exciting. After School Activities provide students with a great opportunity to make new friends, try something new,or develop a skill they enjoy. Below you will find key information about the program and registration. Attached is acatalog of the exciting course offerings and enrollment form. We look forward to seeing your student after school!General Information: Classes begin week of April 8, 2013 and run 6- 8 weeks on the days specified in the attachedcatalog, from 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. or as specified in the class description. Any make-up classes will be held at the endof the session unless otherwise noted. Holidays in this session are May 27, 2013.Registration Information:All class information and Registration forms are now on the school PTO website under the After School Activitiestab. Paper registrations are due in by Friday, March 22, 2013. Online registrations open until April 2, 2013.Online Registration is confirmed when payment is done online. However, in house registration confirmationswill be sent home by April 3rd 2013 via Email ONLY. If after 4/3/13 you don’t receive email notification, pleasecontact Susanstephen2010asa@yahoo.com to inquire status.After you receive confirmation, you MUST notify your child’s homeroom teacher about their after schoolactivity, or they will end up going home on the bus.How to Register:Complete attached registration form (indicate first, second and third choices), attach payment & return byMarch 22, 2013. Be sure to make payment to the appropriate “instructor or payee” listed in the catalog (NOTSWE). Payment is required along with registration to hold that spot.Registration for class is assigned by lottery – prioritize your choice of classes.Give clear and accurate spelling for your email address; it’s your only way of getting a confirmation back.When an outside vendor, i.e. KidzArt, Chess, etc request you to enroll and pay online, PLEASE DO SO.Rules and Responsibilities:Students MUST be picked up at time of dismissal!
