Failure to do so will result in thewarranty being VOID. Failure to fully assemblethis compressor may also result in personal injury.SAFETYGUARD AGAINST ELECTRIC SHOCKBefore attempting to operate this air compressorthe following basic safety precautions should betaken to reduce the risk of fire, electric shockand personal injury. It is important to read theinstruction manual and to understand applications, limitations and potential hazards associatedwith the air compressor. This air compressoris not intended for use by persons (includingchildren) with reduced physical, sensory or mentalcapabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision orinstruction concerning the use of the appliance bya person responsible for their safety.Avoid body contact with earthed or groundedsurfaces (e.g. pipes and refrigerators).DO NOT FORCE AIR COMPRESSORSThe air compressor will do a better, safer job andgive you much better service if it’s used at theduty cycle for which it was designed. The dutycycle will only take effect after the initial (1st )tank fill for the day. This air compressors dutycycle is 75%. Duty cycle is the proportion oftime during which the air compressor is operatingcompared with not operating. For example a75% duty cycle could mean after 45 seconds ofoperation, motor pumping, the air compressormust be left for 15 seconds resting, motor notpumping. When the motor is pumping theattached air tool can not be used. Simple way tounderstand duty cycle is only use the attachedair tool while the compressor is not pumping.Stop using the attached tool as soon as the aircompressor starts pumping.BEWARE OF CHILDREN AND PETSChildren and pets should be kept out of the workarea. Children should not be allowed to touchor operate the air compressor, tools or extensioncords. This air compressor is not designedfor use by young children or infirm personswithout supervision.
