COMPANY PROFILEStandard Level of Agreement:1. KM Ewaste will collect goods for refurbishing, recycling and destruction, nationwide.2. Collections within Johannesburg area will be provided free of charge to client.3. We do however charge admin cost on 1st collection and will waiver in order to retainclient.4. For collections that fall outside of Johannesburg area, the client will be liable for the costsof recovering the goods and transporting it to our warehouse that is located inRoodepoort, Johannesburg unless costs could be recovered through equipmentcollected.5. We guarantee that all goods collected are processed and recycled according to NationalLegislation and that KM Ewaste is accredited by EWASA6. KM Ewaste will do a Ewaste audit of the items collected if required from the client on siteand serial numbers of items will be recorded.7. All recycling certificate and reports required will be issued within 7 working days aftercollection.8. KM Ewaste will ensure collection required will be dealt with in accordance with TheNational Environmental Management Act (Act 107 of 1998) (NEMA) and The OccupationalHealth and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993) (OHSA)9.
