Attached you will findthree reference documents (also available on the CEMSTARS page of the OEMS website):1) Hospital and ED destination codes - This spreadsheet gives the data entry code (NUMERIC),name, address, state, zip and other information for acute care hospitals we have transported to inConnecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York. The following are our expectations; that: you are submitting 2017 data in NEMSIS version 3.4.0 now; software vendors have user logins and can see data submission reports generated by the centralsite; manual submitters can also login and see what happened to their data submissions.2017 Data is submitted to the central site usually within 30 days of the event. Ann Kloter is contacted directly for any concerns. you will continue to check the CEMSTARS page of the OEMS website for additionalinformation.We are awaiting additional database tools for both EMS agencies and for OEMS. DISPOSITION (eDisposition) fields in NEMSIS 3.4.0 dataDocumenting where EMS took patients allows us to correctly categorize calls outcomes and to follow the care continuum from pre-hospital care to emergency department oracute hospital inpatient care. Performance measures that use this data include AIRWAY, CARDIAC ARREST, PEDIATRIC, RESPONSE, STEMI, STROKE and TRAUMA.TIP: Incident/Patient Disposition (eDisposition.12) 2016 data shows some EMS agencies are setting Incident/Patient Disposition default “Cancelled”, while othersdefault to “No Patient Found”.
