Yellin School, 111 Warwick Road, Stratford, NJ08084.EXECUTIVE SESSIONA motion was made by Mrs. Sims, seconded by Mrs. Conway at 6:30 p.m. to adopt thefollowing:WHEREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-12 permitsthe exclusion of the public from a meeting in certain circumstances; andWHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances exist;NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of the Town ofStratford in the County of Camden and State of New Jersey, as follows: The public shall beexcluded from discussion on the actions upon the hereinafter specified subject matter:Personnel matters, contracts/litigations, negotiations, matters of attorney/client privilege. Anydiscussion held by the Board which need not remain confidential, will be made public as soonas is practicable. Minutes of the executive session will not be disclosed until the need forconfidentiality no longer exists. The Board will reconvene to public session at the conclusionof the executive session.
