ForewordEvery single person can eliminate anxiety by following the Panic Away Program. Noexceptions! I can speak with authority on this because I’ve seen it eliminate anxietyfor countless people who would have deemed themselves incurable. My convictionis strengthened by the fact that many of these people spent years searching for acure from doctors, psychologists, and alternative practitioners. After completing thePanic Away Program, their emails always have the same sentiment:I wish I’d found this earlier. I spent so many years approaching thisthe wrong way. Why had no one explained this to me before? The content you’re about to read is highly unique. You won’t find any of therepetitive “anxiety speak” so common on the Internet and in most of the publishedliterature. I don’t claim to have totally reinvented the wheel with this method, because I’m not the first to advocate for a different approach to anxiety. Manyexcellent doctors and writers have also put forward the same basic principles as theonly truly effective approach to permanently eliminating anxietypermanently.I put together this course several years ago based on what worked for me. Fromthe continuous feedback I received over several years, I was able to fine-tune themethod, making it the course it is today. It’s true that I was fortunate to realizeand develop the approach while I was working through my own anxiety, but I couldnever have made it into what it’s become today were it not for constructivefeedback from thousands of other anxiety sufferers. I would like you to thereforethink of this method as a powerful piece of collective experience. I’m glad you’vefound your way here. You’re about to learn how to kick-start an anxiety-free future.Let’s get cracking!Joe Barry5
