IntroductionCMC Funding is changing its subservicerfrom LoanCare to Specialized Loan Servicing(SLS). SLS will private label the services forCMC Funding loans; therefore, all borrowerverbal and written communications will beunder the CMC Funding brand.All new loans closed on and after 10/16/2017:See items in this document for actions you must take inpreparation for the subservicing change.
SLS Loan NumbersBeginning with closings on 10/16/2017, use the SLS list of assigned loan numbers you receive from your CMC Funding AccountManager. The SLS loan number list will be sent to you by 10/6/2017. Please discard your list of LoanCare loan numbers on 10/15/2017. These loan numbers are assigned to you by yourCMC Funding Account Manager. Always use theexact numbers provided. The provided loan numbers may only be usedonce. When your bank of loan numbers is depleted,please contact your CMC Funding AccountManager for a new set. Loan package(s) should be delivered toCMC Funding no later than 48 hours prior toa settlement date.
Transferring MERSThe number "1000900" must be usedin this field.The number "1003225" must be usedin this field.Note: The Agency allows 5 days from purchase date to transfer MERS. The Subservicer may take up to 30 days from purchase date to accept MERS batches.Please transfer MERS as quickly as possible to avoid delays in MERS acceptance.
