Thisrequirement is called Technical Skills Attainment (TSA).The main objective of TSA is to ensure graduates havethe technical skills needed by employers. Students with a criminal history may notbe able to complete clinical courses. Mid-State will maketwo attempts to place a student in an appropriate clinicalexperience. If Mid-State is unable to place the student aftertwo attempts, the student will be withdrawn from the clinicalcourse and will not be able to advance in the program.PROGRAM PROGRESSIONIn order to progress in and successfully complete theprogram, students must: Repeat courses not completed with a grade of “C” orbetter prior to progressing in core courses or othercourses with co- or prerequisites.
