CollectionMaster has developed a new program to assign the debtor hearing date(DEBTOR.HEARING DATE) or debtor garnishment date (DEBTOR.GARN DATE) based onavailable return dates for each court.The program may only be run for suit returns, garnishment returns or both suit andgarnishment returns. Claims are selected by Diary Queue with additional ForwarderNumber and/or Venue Number filters. The calling diary code will be removed, and adiary code will be added with the next available return date from the Court File that isat least 80 days in the future. Infinity Fields will be used to hold the prayer code datafor suit and garnishment returns. Unregistered State Users should register any states they typically do business. While one could register all the states, the extra maintenance maynot be worth the effort. Unregistered State is the “Catch All” Anytime a claim is in a state other than the states that have beenregistered, the “Unregistered States” will be used. Typically, this setting should be the “Least Aggressive Setting” toavoid problems with venues where the user has less experience.5
Restricted States [1-S-4-Z] Use this feature to track License Registrations. Leave “Expires Blank” to restrict access to this state. Enter the date your license to practice in that state expires.6
