COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT dated as of this 26th day of February, 2021, byand between the LEGAL SERVICES STAFF ASSOCIATION, National Organization of LegalServices Workers, International Union, UAW, Local 2320, AFL-CIO, (the "Union") andMOBILIZATION FOR JUSTICE, INC. (the "Employer"), effective as of and retroactive toJanuary 1, 2021, DECLARE:1.0THE UNION/MANAGEMENT RELATION1.1.Union RecognitionThe Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargainingrepresentative of employees of the Employer listed in the classifications described in theOffice of Collective Bargaining Decision No. 46-47 (Docket Nos. RU-340-72, RE-25-73and RE-70-74) dated September 9, 1974 supplementing Decision No. 85-73, dated October29, 1973, as follows: Reginald Heber Smith Fellows, Senior Social Worker, SocialWorker, Senior Attorney, Staff Attorney, Legal Services Assistant, Investigator, StaffSecretary, Executive Secretary, Clerk Messenger, Community Aide, CoordinatingAttorney, Law Student paid 100% from LSNY budget, Assistant Bookkeeper,Maintenance Person, Switchboard Operator, Receptionist, Law Graduate, Food LawTraining Coordinator, Process Server, Food Law Research Coordinator, Intake Officer,Mailroom Specialist. Some of these titles were not part of the OCB ruling but weresubsequently added by mutual agreement of the parties. All Unit Director classificationsoriginally certified as Union lines have subsequently been removed from the unit onconsent. Any additional titles created during the term of the agreement shall be representedby the Union, if appropriate.1.2New ProgramsAny employees of newly created or affiliated programs, divisions or projects (“affiliatedprograms”) shall be accreted to the unit and such program, division or project, shall beconsidered an Employee for all purposes, subject to the following: The parties shall meetto determine whether these entities and their employees shall be subject to the terms of thisAgreement in light of applicable labor law.
