Physical Health Physical health dealswith the body’s ability tofunction.Physical health hasmany componentsincluding: exercise,nutrition, sleep, alcohol& drugs, and weightmanagement.

Physical HealthExercise Exercise is the act ofusing your muscles tostay physically fit.Exercise helps to giveyou more energy,maintain weight,increase confidence &self esteem, and helpsto battle chronicdiseases.

Physical HealthNutrition Proper balanced mealsare essential in leadinga healthy life.Nutritious meals createa balance between whatwe eat and the way ourbody uses the food forenergy and growth.

Physical HealthSleep It is recommendedthat the averageperson get at least 8hours of sleep.The human bodylikes regularity, sotry to go to bed andwake up at the sametime daily.
