Snickerdoodles for TwoThis Snickerdoodles for two recipe makes two large café-stylecookies, perfect for when you want just fa little bit of dessertand no more.Prep time: 10 min Cook Time: 15 min Total time: 25 minIngredientsCinnamon Sugar Topping 2 Tbsp room temperature butter 1 tsp sugar 3 Tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 large egg yolk 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup all-purpose flour,Instructions Preheat the oven to 350F. In a small bowl, whip together the room temperature butter and sugar with a fork. Add the egg yolk, vanilla, and salt to the bowl with the butter and sugar. Whip withthe fork again until the mixture is light and creamy. Add the flour and baking powder to the bowl and sir together with a fork until everything is evenly combined. Divide the cookie dough into two equal-sized pieces, thenroll each one into a ball. In a separate small bowl, stir together the cinnamon and sugar for the topping. Rolleach ball of dough in thee cinnamon sugar until completely coated. Place the cinnamon sugar coated cookie dough balls on a parchment-lined bakingsheet. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes or until they’re mostly flattened, goldenbrown on the outer edges, and a little cracked on top. Masks are not required while exercising.Use It or Lose It30 minute chair exercise class that includes breathing exercises, balance, stretching and strengthening arm and leg muscles(weights are optional). A fun and easy class that allows individuals to work within their limitations.Fun to be FitA 45 minute class perfect for beginners. Strengthens arm and leg muscles. Using weights is optional and a person can work within their own limitations.B.A.S.E (Balance, Alignment & Strength Exercise) *will not be offered until further notice*This class is for an active individual looking for an overall workout. The class includes at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity &standing and seated strength exercises, all to great music. (Great class for an active person, not for beginners – yet!)Ab & BackImprove your posture, balance, breathing and overall self-awareness. You will find yourself applying and benefiting from thelearned techniques in everyday life. This is a floor mat class but can be modified by being seated in a chair.Silver SneakersHave fun and move to the music through exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for better management of daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; a chairis used for seated and/or standing support. (Great class for beginners and those who need to start up again after it’s been awhile.)Stretch/YogaCombines stretching for flexibility with physical poses that incorporate balance, strength, and breathing techniques. The combination of these elements promotes functional mobility, self-discovery and awareness, and helps rebalance the nervous system.(Great for everyone!)Qigong (pronounced “chee-gung”)Gentle exercise combines posture, movement and breathing to improve physical and mental health.Tai ChiInstructor-led Tai Chi class that focuses on breathing and balance.
