You shall not abandon your children tostrange hands, and you can only do so in yourextreme necessity, and only when the properconduct of the benefactor is known.7th.You shall not take the woman of yourbrother as if she were your own wife, nor shallyou do harm to those who are not of yourbrothers.18th. You shall not force children to do anywork that will teach them vices.8th.Do not dedicate yourself to usury,causing grave harm with it.l9th. You shall not advise or teach yourbrethren stories and tales which are not true;and you shall not speak out nor propagate theevil that your brothers say they do.9th.Do not drink beverages that willintoxicate you, nor shall you use any element ofCreation that will cloud your senses and submityou to lower passions.20th. You shall not keep for yourself whatbelongs to others.21st.10th. You shall not engage in a ruinousoccupation that will take away the morality andprotect the vices.11th. You shall not defend civil war, thusdividing your brethren, nor shall you take partin foreign wars. You are only permitted toparticipate in activities of war if your nation isthe one invaded and the government of thatnation, whichever it is, would order it for theirdefense; and even then, you must comportyourself with the greatest charity and you willhave no enemies, because you all are children ofthe same Father.12th. Do not commit infanticide of childrenwho are about to be born, because if you do, theHoly Spirit will demand accounting from you.13th. Do not treat the poor harshly or severely,whoever they are.14th.You shall not curse anything created.15th. You shall not despise those who sufferillnesses you regard as revolting.16th. You shall not speak badly of persons inpublic, thus causing their disgrace.You shall visit the sick and comfort them.22nd. You shall not bear arms against yourbrethren or kill them, either with weapons orcivil death.11. If you proceed accordingly, and if you impartcharity and more charity, your Shepherd says toyou, you shall behold my Father in all Hissplendour.12. Men and women of all ages will come beforethe presence of the Divine Master, and the wordof the Father will reveal to each one the gifts hebears in his spirit, as well as the mission he hasto fulfill.13. Only He can do these things, for only He isthe One who has donated to the spirit.14. My Father has compared me to a Shepherd,and He has sent me to seek the lost and strayedspirits from the pathway of light. Those spirits,some incarnated and others free of the matter,are to the Father like sheep whom He dearlyloves and, for that reason, He wants themrescued and led to His bosom of perfection,which is the Divine fold where He awaits thearrival of His flock.

915. Elijah tells you: Get to know me, too.Penetrate into My messages and manifestationswhich I have brought to you during three erasby the will of the Father.16. Envision me during the First Era strugglingagainst the darkness of paganism and ofidolatry, causing the ray of light of the true Godto descend upon the holocaust, in order to openthe eyes of the people toward the truth.17. Behold me ascend in spirit toward theheavens in a chariot of fire, and from therecommunicate and speak through the spirit ofElisha, as an announcement of the things thatwere to come in the course of time.18. Study the life of the Baptist, and in thatforerunner you will find and understand,besides, that through it, the Father revealed toyou the divine, perfect, and just law of thereincarnation of the spirit.19. The spirit of prophecy is spread upon everyspirit, so that you may have a vision of theeternity that awaits you.20. The spiritual intuition, dormant for such along time, will awaken and perceive all that is tocome.21. Now I come in spirit and I will make mypresence felt among mankind, by combatingwith the fire of truth, idolatry, materialism,arrogance, and imposture.22. I shall make way through thorns and thistlesfor the flock who, with gentleness, confidence,and faith, will follow me along the path ofspirituality that leads toward the Father.23. The struggle draws near; however, the divinepower will be great upon the spirits so that theymay triumph over the flesh, over the passions,and over evil.24. I have not come to destroy nor put the spiritsto death; instead, I have come to exterminatesin with the fire of justice of the Father.However, I say to you, that if in order to save aspirit, it is necessary for his body to succumb,that is within the justice of Divine love.25. If these things confuse you here on Earthwhere a human body is considered as mostsacred, in turn, a spirit who has been wrestedfrom a body which carries him toward the abyss,once in the spiritual valley, he gives infinitethanks to his Father for having been rescuedfrom the precipice, even when, for that reason,the flesh had to suffer.26. It is true that Humanity is draining a cupthat, being so bitter, deeply touches the veryheavens. However, after the purification thatman has brought upon himself, the resurgenceof the spirit will come, and with it the renewal ofvirtue, of fraternity, and a worship agreeable tothe Father.27. My flock: observe how you have been givena name which represents gentleness, obedience,and humility; be therefore, the sheep of Elijah,and I, your Shepherd, shall take you by the handor upon my shoulder to the presence of theEternal in this Era.28.I truly know you and there is no need of anymaterial insignia, for I know that it is upon yourspirit where the Father has placed His seal, Hismark.29. Upon presenting myself before you,manifestingmyselfthroughahumanspokesman -a communication that I verify infulfillment of the mandate of my Father - I saluteyou, oh chosen ones of God, called upon by theFather in this period of time!30. It is my spirit who seeks you, who calls you,who prepares the pathway for you, and the onewho tests you to prepare your arrival before thepresence of the Master, through His word.

1031. He is the One who chooses you. It is Hewho elects and grants you gifts, entrusts youmissions or gives you responsibilities. I come tohelp you in your preparation towardspirituality, with the purpose of converting yourbeing into a sanctuary where the essence of theDivine word is to be preserved.32. Be aware that that essence is the power withwhich you will perform miracles, when youtravel tomorrow along the pathway preachingand fulfilling your mission.33. Anyone who allows that essence to penetratewithin his spirit, will be capable of undertakingthe pathway of elevation leading toward theHeavenly Father.34. My destiny is to destroy the darkness ofignorance, that ignorance that has been themother of fanaticism, of idolatry, of thesuperstitions, and of all vices and errors.35. Observe the trail of My passing upon theEarth, and you will end up realizing that notonly today, but rather in all eras, the mission ofElijah has been that of a Shepherd who guides aflock toward the Divine fold.36. Between God and you, I find myself fulfillingthe mission as intermediary, as forerunner, as aprophet and spiritual advisor of every beingwho needs the help of a strong spirit.37. My loving flock: behold the word that comesfrom God; the word of the Master now drawsnear, and you will feel in its Divine essence, Hispresence and His omnipotence.41. Contemplate Nature, observe the vegetationand you will realise that in it are the tiny plantswhich are of use to you as food and balsam.42. Behold the sun king which day by dayilluminates your Earth, and that day by daygives you warmth and life; and all this isbecause of the infinite love of the Fathermanifested in Nature, in His creation. It is thelove of the Father for humanity, manifestedthrough the elements of Creation.43. The Father has not come to see your sin, justas He does not contemplate within you thetreachery which you have reserved for Him inthe future, because He is love and infiniteforgiveness. However, in the same way that theFather loves you and forgives you, likewiseshould you also be charitable toward yourbrethren.44. I am the Shepherd who has come toannounce to mankind the true nature of humanlife so that peace may now reign within yourhearts, thus liberating you from worry and pain,removing you away from anxiety anduneasiness.45. Understand that you yourselves are the oneswho bring about all those things disturbing you.Never say that the imperfections derive from theFather; all that pours from Him and what Hegives you is love and protection, light andcharity; take these things, because nothing badcan come from the Father.46. If you experience chaos on Earth, if you feelpain in your heart, scrutinise even the mostintimate part of your being, and in that manneryou will know where the imperfection lies,where the pain is, and you will clearlyunderstand that you yourselves are the authorsof that pain and that death.47. Humanity: You have not practiced the lawsHe left for His children; you have not earnedmerits. Is it, perhaps, that you do not want toreach the presence of the Father and to bewelcomed and forgiven?48. You are going through life with your mindset on material things. If you would onlydedicate the five minutes the Father asks of youto elevate yourselves, He would provide youwith strength and sustenance for the journey.

1149. Beloved followers, pray for all those who arealso your brothers; they are sons of the Fatherand the charity of the Father shall also reachthem.50. Israel, observe those who, for a moment,have forgotten the Creator, attributing thegreatness on the Earth to their own intelligence,and to their own knowledge. Look at them;behold them confused, because they have notunderstood that everything has been created bythe will of the Father and that He is the only Onewho bestows upon humanity.51. Women: You know how to elevate yourthought to the Father, and you also know how toappeal to the intercessor, to Her, the Mother,who prays for you and who blesses you womenwho suffer greatly and who offer me your heartfilled with worries and suffering; you haveunderstood the pain and know how to pray; youknow how to plead for your fellow being, for theone who suffers, for the one who sheds tears andfinds himself asking for charity from the Father.52. Blessed children, beloved lambs, who arebeginning your journey on this Earth, to you Isay: be careful not to walk upon those pathsfilled with mire, nor allow your heart to enterinto the caverns of darkness. Learn at a tenderage that your footsteps should be inrighteousness, because you shall restitute forevery fault in spirit and in truth. Learn toappreciate the ordeals and suffering, because itis within that suffering that your spirit thinks ofthe Father. That is why I say to you, bless thatpain, because that suffering hanging over youallows your spirit to evolve, in order to attainforgiveness and the grace of God.53. And you, the parents, guide the children whoare beginning to walk upon the Earth withtender steps; those hearts whom the Father hasentrusted in your care, preparing them, so thatthey will not bear ill will, and so that they willalways be unselfish and resigned with what theFather provides for them, for truly I say toyou: unconformity along your path will gainyou nothing, and you will only succeed increating a pang of pain within your hearts.Elevate your thought and ask the Father thatyour guidance be filled with light andperfection.54. He who heeds the words of my Father andunderstands them, will never thirst along hisway again, because his spirit will have becomesatisfied in the waters pouring from the truefountain of Jacob.55. You are the favoured ones, and in your spirityou bear greatness. You possess the gifts and thelight of the Holy Spirit.56. Good will is all you need so that when youreceive your brother's grief, you will pass on tohim whatever the will of the Father disposes forhim, knowing that everything that comes fromthe Father is good and is perfect.57. Beloved sheep and lambs, on this day ofgrace allow the words of the Forerunner to beengraved in your hearts, so that your goodintentions enlightens them and gives courage tothe heart of your brethren.THE COUNSEL OF ELIJAH NO. 21. You are the ones and the same from the FirstEra when your Eternal Father, the Great Yahve,communicated with the humble and theprophets from Spirit to spirit, and through thatcommunion, the spirit of those men was alertand ready to receive the blessed commands ofthe Father. That is how they guided Israel, sothat those people, who are the same ones today,would be the strong ones, strong in gifts and inteaching.2. Yes, beloved flock, you know it was duringthe Second Era when I, Elijah, reincarnated in

12John the Baptist, prepared the pathways of theFather, and great was the teaching which wasdelivered on the banks of the River Jordan, asgreat, also, were the multitudes who followedthe Baptist. John the Baptist, who was my ownspirit, indoctrinated the people so that upon thearrival of the Christ, our Redeemer, He wouldalready find the lands fertile due to the infinitecharity of the Father.3. There were hearts who, as soon as they heardthe good news of the arrival of the PromisedSaviour, recognised in the sweet Jesus, the Sonof Man, acknowledging His great wisdom andHis great love. But others, the greater part, didnot recognise Him and therefore did not allowthe Divine teaching to flourish among them.4. Here then, my lambs, you are now in theThird Era, and the Father, filled with love andcharity, comes again to deliver this infiniteteaching in a clear and pure form, speaking toyou in your own language, with this wordwhich is Good, which is regeneration.5. Your Father prepares your heart so that it mayreceive the teaching, and so you may likewiseprepare your own people and those who followyou.6. This is the time when there is great confusionamong humanity, but you have been sparedfrom that confusion, and I have been preparingyour footsteps to guide you along the road ofperfection.7. Yes, it is a time of struggle, but also of greatmanifestations of the Divine love among you. Asin the days gone by, Jesus the Christ taught you,delivering to an ailing humanity a curativebalsam, thus allowing the blind to see, theparalytic to walk, and the deaf to hear.8. Thus spiritually, you have in your hands theready gift of healing, and for that purpose youshould have the heart and spirit ready also, sothat when you feel the command to providehealing, this gift will give you strength andcharity to anoint the sick, comfort the sorrowful,and encourage the desperate ones.9. Light will pour from your spirit and theprecious balsam will be in you to impart it,according to the will of the Father.10. The Father says to you: Follow Me, for byfollowing Me you shall receive greatenlightenment in the spirit, and you willcelebrate with pleasure in your heart.11. The Father is not bound by time or momentswhich limit Him, as you have. The Divine Spiritis always ready to open His doors and welcomeyou.12. From the heart of the Father flows blessingsfor you at every instant, the same which youfind in the air you breathe, in the sun whichgives you life, in the fruit which sustains you,and in the grain which nourishes you.13. You are the favoured ones of the Third Era,because the Father has come to seek His peoplefrom among those who are overwhelmed withsuffering. I, your Shepherd, am rescuing youfrom sin, and removing the thorns from yourpath, so that you may not sin again, and thusrecognise the great love of the Father for Hischildren.14. The Father is infinite forgiveness; at everyinstant His lips are open to forgive you, becauseyou have emerged from His most pure heart.15. Prepare yourselves, for the Father is near,very close to you.16. People: Learn from this teaching, so that youmay be the mirror without any blemish in whichthe multitudes may contemplate virtue andstrength. Cleanse your heart of all materialism.Stay away from those pleasures that separateyour spirit from grace, placing darkness in themind and sorrow in the heart.

1317. Comprehend that I do not wish to see yousad, for the Father gives you joy; so take it. Amoment of perfection is enough on a day oftwenty-four hours.18. If you would only feel charity for afellowman, you would behold, reflected in thatcharity the love of God.19. In your good deeds, in your noble thoughts,God is there; that is why the Father says to you: Iam within you. Dear lambs, do not reject theFather.20. My beloved, if you do not want your heart tobe invaded by wickedness and snatched bytemptation, never permit thoughts of darknessand bad will to find lodging in you. May yourdeeds never be evil; restrain your bad characterso that your anger never reaches your heart.21. See how the Shepherd, filled with love andzeal, speaks to you. Temptation surrounds you,and you open the doors to it with your badthoughts and bad deeds, and you permit painand distress to enter, as much in your body as inyour spirit.22. How can you reject temptation? YourSpiritual Guide says to you: by purifying,recognizing that only from the Father can Goodemerge, not from the world, and that only in HisDivine arms you will find true warmth andrefuge.23. Not only in the body do you find illnesses;these are purifications of the spirit, whichburden the matter. However, if the spirit iscleansed, if he is pure, then the Father removesthe purification, because it is unnecessary, andthus you shall find relief in the matter, to thepoint of attaining perfect health.24. The Father creates His children to perfection.He did not place impurities within creation; it isthe spirit who is gathering discord andwickedness along the pathway, a wickednessthat is reflected in the heart and makespurification necessary, which is pain; notbecause the Father wants it so, but ratherbecause you have caused it, and that is not thewill of the Father.25. Enter into prayer in the silence of your home.Elevate your thought toward the Father whoknows every worry, and is aware of everysuffering in your heart, without the need ofpronouncing any word whatsoever, and thuscommunicate with Him from spirit to Spirit tofeel life, as much in the spirit as in the body, andrestore them with fortitude and light in thismanner.26. Now is the time of purification, of the light ofthe Holy Spirit, the time in which every spiritmust unite with the Father, because that is whyyou observe nations at war and suffering amongmankind.27. It is the time to recognise and follow theFather.28. Woe! Woe! unto him that holds wickedintentions within his heart, because all evil shallbe exterminated, tied and hurled into the fire asthe Father announced. But to be free from that,the Father has sent you into the world anew tofulfill a mission.29. Beloved fathers, you who were sent to form ahome and have a family, have the responsibilitythat your young ones do not stray, and as headsof family, you should set a good example andgive your blessings.30. You, women of Israel, have a delicate missionon Earth, similar
