TREX LIMITED WARRANTYTrex Company, Inc. (hereinafter “Trex”) warrants to the original purchaserproperty upon which the Product was originally installed. With respect to a(“Purchaser”) that, for the period of time set forth in the following sentence,commercial application, this warranty is freely transferable to subsequentunder normal use and service conditions, Trex product (the “Product”)buyers of the property upon which the Product was originally installed. shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials, andshall not split, splinter, rot or suffer structural damage from termites orfungal decay.
