Bring to a boil, cover and simmerapproximately 50-60 minutes untilliquid is absorbed and the rice is cookedthrough. FAVORITE DETOX RECIPESCHICKEN FRIED STEAK ANDDETOX GRAVY2 cubed steaksOnion powder to taste2 eggs1 cup almond flourOther seasoningsyou prefer1 tablespoon olive oil1 cup beef brothSalt and pepper to taste Pinch of xanthan gumGarlic powder to tasteMix almond flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder or any other seasonings youprefer in a shallow dish. In a separate dish, beat eggs until mixed. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Patthe cubed steak dry and dip them into the egg mixture, then the flour mixture and then theegg mixture again. Transfer to the skillet. Cook on both sides.To make the gravy, heat beef broth and add salt and pepper to taste. Slowly add a pinch ofxanthan gum to broth while stirring. Repeat until it reaches desired consistency. Form into patties. If you wantmore of a crunch, make a dry mix of almond meal, seasonings and Mila and dip into mix beforeplacing on nonstick baking sheet. FAVORITE DETOX RECIPESDETOX BROTH1 medium or 2 small leeks, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced½ cup coconut oil or sesame oil2 bunches celery, chopped5 small bag zucchinis, peeled and chopped1 16 oz. bag frozen green beans1 bunch parsleyChop all vegetables except the green beans into 1-inch or smaller pieces. Sauté leeks and garlicin oil until slightly browned. Add all vegetables except parsley. Cover with water. Simmer untilcelery is soft, about 45 minutes. Allow mixture to cool and then puree soup in a blender or usean immersion blender. Blend in batches; on the last batch add chopped parsley. Once all ofthe batches are blended, combine together. May be enjoyed hot or cold.
