ISO 45001:2018 READINESS CHECKLIST2ISO 45001 is set to replace the current Occupational Healthand Safety Standard OHSAS 18001. Top management are required to demonstrategreater direct involvement in your organization’s OH&S MS. The removal of the need for a specific managementrepresentative is to ensure that ‘ownership’ of your organization’s OH&S MS is not simply focused on oneindividual but on that person or group of people who directs and controls your organization at the highest level.5.
