MethodologyPre- TrainingParticipants should have basicknowledge in Microsoft excelfunctions.CertificationModules of TrainingThe training comprises of 2 parts,the 1st part covers the basic toadvanced knowledge in PowerBI and the 2nd part covers howto build complete set of financials using Microsoft Power BI.The Training covers the moduleson the following areas: Introduction to Power BI, Data Queryingand transformation of data, DataModeling,DaxCalculations,Report and Data Visualization,Power BI online service, Financialreporting data setup and modelling, Income statement, BalanceSheet, Cash flow statement.At the end of the course, participants willbe required to develop a completemodel of Financial Statement with specified Analysis, which will be sent to BFIInsights for appraisals based on laydown criteria, if approved, the participant will qualify to be certified in Financial Reporting and Analysis with PowerBI by BFI Insights. If not approved, theparticipants will be guided by our teamand will be required to build the modelagain until all criteria for the certificationare met before the participants will becertified by BFI Insights.Post TrainingParticipants will have access to trainingFacilitators as well as other experts tointeract and ask questions in grey areas.Course DeliveryThis course will be delivered via awebinar which requires construction of models, dashboardsand reports in Power BI. Eachparticipant is required to buildtheir own interactive reports anddashboards.
