Pepper Crusted SteakIngredients:2 boneless top sirloin steakscrushed black peppercornsCoarse sea salt3 tbsp melted butterDirections:Rub steaks with black pepper and salt on both sides. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.Brush steaks with melted butter on both sides. Place steaks in the steak cage and use therotisserie tong to place in the rotisserie position. Press the Rotisserie button, then select the Steakpreset and air fry at 400 F for 8-12 minutes.1

Steak FajitasIngredients:2 tbsp olive or avocado oil¼ tsp chili powder¼ tsp garlic powder¼ tsp oregano½ tsp ground cumin2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper½ medium yellow onion1 large or 2 small bell peppers1 lb skirt steakTortillasCotija cheese (optional)Directions:In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, ground cumin, salt andpepper to make the seasoning.Slice onions, peppers and steak into strips and place in bowl with seasoning. Coat well.Lightly oil the mesh basket before adding onions, peppers and steak. Place the mesh basket inthe middle rack position. Air fry for 5 minutes at 390 F. Carefully slide out the mesh basket andturn veggies and steak to ensure even cooking. Continue to air fry for an additional 4 minutes.Serve with tortillas and top with Cotija cheese (optional).2

BratwurstIngredients:5 bratwurst sausages5 hoagie rollsMustardSauerkrautDirections:Insert skewer in each bratwurst and attach to the skewer rack. Using the Rotisserie Tong, placeskewer rack in the rotisserie position.Press the Rotisserie button and cook at 370 F for 6 minutes or until slightly browned. Use theRotisserie Tong to carefully remove the skewer rack.Remove bratwursts and place on a hoagie bun and top with mustard and sauerkraut.3

Pork Chops4Ingredients:2 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp fresh lemon juicesalt & pepper4 boneless pork chopsDirections:In a large bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and salt and pepper.Add in pork chops and flip to coat both sides. Set aside.Place pork chops in a baking pan and pour sauce over pork chops. Place baking pan on the wirerack in the bottom rack position. Air fry at 400 F for 8 minutes. Flip pork chops and air fry foranother 12 minutes.Cooking time may vary depending on the size of pork chops.

Onion Sage MeatballsIngredients:1 ½ lbs ground beef½ small yellow onion, diced2 minced garlic cloves1 tsp chopped fresh sage3 tbsp breadcrumbs1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper5Directions:Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine well using a fork and hands. Form intomeatballs, each about the size of a golf ball.Evenly space meatballs inside the mesh basket. Insert basket into the middle rack position andair fry at 200 F for 8 minutes. Then remove the air basket and use tongs to rotate meatballs toensure even cooking. Continue to cook for 3 minutes.

Cornish HenIngredients:1-1 ½ lb Cornish hen1 tbsp olive oil¼ tsp sea salt1 tsp paprika1 tbsp dried thyme1 tbsp dried mustard½ tsp onion powder½ tsp garlic powder6Directions:Place the hen in a medium-sized bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.Rub hen with spices, truss, and insert the rotisserie fork (see manual or quick start guide for stepby step instructions).Baste with olive oil. Use Rotisserie Tong to insert the hen into the rotisserie position. Press theRotisserie button and air fry at 350 F for 35 minutes.Using a meat thermometer, check to make sure it has reached a safe internal temperature of165 F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken BreastsIngredients:1 tbsp olive oil5 oz. baby spinach8 oz. cream cheese1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1 tbsp garlic powder4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup all-purpose flour3 large eggs2 cups panko breadcrumbsDirections:Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add spinach, salt and pepper and stircontinuously until spinach is wilted (about 2 to 3 minutes). Remove from heat.In a medium mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella and garlic powder.Slice chicken breasts in half, creating 8 chicken breast pieces. Then make a slit in the center ofeach piece to form a pocket. Stuff with spinach mixture.Using 3 separate bowls, place flour, whisked eggs and breadcrumbs in each bowl. Roll chicken inflour, then dip into egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.Lightly oil the mesh basket and add the chicken. Air fry at 300 F for 10 minutes. Turn chicken andcontinue to cook for 5 minutes.Using a meat thermometer, check the meat of the chicken to make sure it has reached a safeinternal temperature before serving.7

BBQ Chicken Drumsticks8Ingredients:Salt & pepper½ tsp cayenne pepper½ tsp garlic powder8 chicken drumsticks½ cup barbecue sauceDirections:Season chicken drumsticks with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.Lightly oil the mesh cooking trays to prevent sticking and add chicken. Air fry chicken at 350 F for20 minutes. Then baste chicken with barbecue sauce and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Turnchicken, baste again and cook for another 7 minutes.Using a meat thermometer, check the chicken to make sure it has reached a safe internaltemperature before serving.

Honey Lime Chicken WingsIngredients:Package of 16 chicken wings2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp honey1 ½ tsp salt¼ tsp white pepper¼ tsp black pepper2 tbsp fresh lime juice9Directions:Place all ingredients inside a large mixing bowl or 1-gallon zip seal bag and mix well. Marinate inthe refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.Lightly oil the mesh cooking trays to prevent sticking. Evenly place chicken on the trays and air fryat 350 F for 6 minutes. Turn chicken and continue to cook for 3 minutes.

Spicy Fried ChickenIngredients:½ cup buttermilk1 tbsp hot sauce2 lbs chicken drumsticks, skin removed½ cup crushed corn flake cereal1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese½ tsp salt¼ tsp pepper10Directions:Add buttermilk, hot sauce and chicken to a 1-gallon zip seal bag and mix well. Let marinate inrefrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.In a medium bowl, combine crushed cereal, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Add chickenand coat each drumstick.Lightly oil the mesh basket to prevent sticking. Evenly place chicken in the basket and air fry at390 F for 10 minutes. Turn chicken and reduce temperature to 300 F and cook for 8 minutes.Using a meat thermometer, check the chicken to make sure it has reached a safe internaltemperature before serving.

Chicken and Pineapple Kabobs11Ingredients:1 chicken breast2 ½ tbsp soy sauce2 ½ tbsp honey¼ tsp salt1 small can pineapple chunksDirections:Slice chicken into evenly sized cubes. Place chicken into a mixing bowl or 1-gallon zip seal bag andadd soy sauce, honey and salt. Mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.Using the skewer rack, place chicken and pineapple on skewers, alternating. Use Rotisserie Tongto insert rack into the rotisserie position. Press the Rotisserie button and air fry at 340 F for 12-15minutes.Cooking time will vary depending on size of chicken cubes.

Coconut Crusted ShrimpIngredients:1 pound deveined and peeled jumbo shrimp1/3 cup flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper2 large eggs, beaten,3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs1 cup sweetened shredded coconutVegetable oil or coconut oil12Directions:Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with a towel.Combine flour, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Beat eggs in a second bowl. Combine pankoand coconut in a third bowl.Dip the shrimp into the flour, then the eggs, and then into the coconut mixture, pressing gently.Lightly oil the mesh basket to prevent sticking and add the battered shrimp.Air fry at 350 F for 4 minutes. Turn shrimp and continue to cook for 3 minutes or until crispy.

Beer Battered Fish TacosFish:2 eggs2 cod filets or other white-fleshed fish1 ¼ cup lager beer1 ½ cup all-purpose flour3/4 tsp baking powderSalt & pepper4 small tortillas13Topping:½ cup corn (fresh or canned)2 tbsp diced red onion1 small tomato, diced1 cup iceberg lettuce, shreddedJuice of 1 lime¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro1 diced jalapeño pepper (optional)Salt & pepperDirections:In a medium sized bowl, whisk together eggs and beer, then set aside. In a separate medium bowlwhisk together flour, baking powder and ¼ teaspoon each of salt and pepper.Slice the fish filets in half so that you have 4 pieces. Dip fish in batter, then dip into flour mixture,coating all sides.Lightly oil the mesh cooking tray to prevent sticking and add fish pieces. Select the Fish presetand set the time and temp to 360 F for 15 minutes.Combine topping ingredients and set aside. Check fish and cook until golden brown. Serve fishwith topping and tortillas.

Lemon Garlic SalmonIngredients:4 skinless salmon filets (about 6 oz.)2 tbsp lemon juice2 cloves garlic, minced3 tbsp melted butter1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp oregano1/4 tsp crushed red pepper1 tbsp chopped parsley14Directions:Line the mesh basket or air fryer baking pan accessory with foil.Whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, and melted butter in a small bowl. Place salmon on foiland pour the butter mixture over the salmon. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepperflakes.Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon filets and make sure it is well sealed. Cook for 10 minutesat 360 F. Remove from the oven and carefully open foil. Place the baking pan or mesh tray back inthe air fryer oven. Set the temperature to 400 F and broil for 2 minutes.Remove from oven and pour remaining butter sauce left in the foil onto the salmon. Garnish withparsley (optional).

Pizza15Ingredients:1 pita2 tbsp pizza sauce or2 tbsp tomato sauce and Italian seasoning1 tsp olive oil¼ cup mozzarella cheesePepperoni (optional)Directions:Using a small bowl, mix together sauce and olive oil. Then spread onto pita. Top pita with cheeseand pepperoni (optional).Place the wire rack in the middle rack position. Place pizza on rack and air fry at 350 F for 6-8minutes or until cheese is melted. For a softer crust, place the pizza on a baking pan beforeplacing on the rack.

Stuffed PortobelloMushroomsIngredients:4 large portobello mushroom caps6 ounces baby spinach2 shallots, thinly sliced2 tbsp unsalted butter1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs1 clove garlic, minced1 1/2 cups marinara sauce1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese16Directions:Rinse the mushrooms and pat dry. Scrape out the gills with a spoon and remove the stem.Lightly oil the mesh cooking basket to prevent sticking. Place mushroom caps in the basket withthe gill side up. Brush with olive oil and air fry at 390 F for 10 minutes.While the mushroom caps are roasting, prepare the filling. Heat oil in a medium sauté pan overmedium-low heat. Add half of the sliced shallots and sauté until translucent. Add the babyspinach and sauté until wilted. Remove and set aside.Melt butter in the pan over medium heat. Add the rest of the chopped shallots and cook for 1-2minutes. Add the breadcrumbs and minced garlic and toast for 3-4 minutes.Remove the roasted mushroom caps. Add a spoonful of marinara sauce and spinach to eachmushroom. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture and crumbled goat cheese on top. Air fry for 6 minutesat 370 F.

Blooming OnionIngredients:1 large sweet onion2 eggs½ cup milk2 ½ cups all-purpose flour1 tsp cayenne pepper2 tbsp paprika¼ tsp salt¼ tsp pepper17Directions:Slice 1-inch off top of onion so that the onion will stand. Do not slice off the root end. Place the cutside down on the cutting board. Beginning about ½-inch down from the root, make about 12 slicesdown through the onion. Fully submerge onion in a bowl of ice water and let soak for 2 hours.Remove onion from ice water and pat dry with a towel.In a medium sized bowl, beat together eggs and milk. In a separate medium sized bowl, mix dryingredients.Pour egg wash over onion with a ladle to coat outside and inside crevices well. Then sprinkleonion generously with dry ingredients. Repeat egg wash again and then coat again with dryingredients.Lightly oil the mesh basket to prevent sticking. Place the onion inside the basket and insert inmiddle or bottom rack position. Air fry at 400 F for 22 minutes.

Eggplant BitesIngredients:1 medium size eggplant1 large egg1 tbsp water½ cup all-purpose flour½ tsp salt½ tsp pepper1 tsp Italian seasoning¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese¾ cup panko breadcrumbs18Directions:Slice eggplant into about ¼” rounds. Lay eggplant on a prep surface and sprinkle with salt. Let sitfor 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, pat eggplant dry with a towel.In a medium sized bowl, beat egg with water. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper,seasoning and Parmesan cheese. In another bowl, add breadcrumbs. Dip eggplant slices in eggwash, then into flour mixture to coat, then into breadcrumbs to coat.Place in an even layer inside the mesh basket. Air fry for 7-10 minutes at 360 F or until goldenbrown.

Bacon WrappedSerrano Peppers19Ingredients:12 serrano peppers12 strips of bacon2 string cheese sticksDirections:Partially cook bacon on the wire rack in the middle rack position for 2 minutes on each side at250 F. Remove and set aside on a paper towel.Slice halfway through the middle of each serrano pepper, being careful to not cut through.Remove seeds and stem.Pull apart string cheese and stuff a few strings into each pepper. Tightly wrap each stuffedpepper with the partially cooked bacon. Place inside the mesh basket and air fry for 5-7 minutesat 300 F or until bacon is cooked to desired crispness.

Mozzarella Basil BruschettaBruschetta:1 baguette1 mozzarella log (for slicing)20Spread:4 Roma tomatoes, chopped1 garlic clove, minced½ tsp dried oregano1 tsp salt1 tbsp olive oilChopped fresh basilDirections:In a medium sized bowl, combine ingredients for the spread.Slice baguette and mozzarella into ½” slices. Place mozzarella onto baguette slices and place onthe mesh trays. Air fry at 370 F for 5 minutes or until cheese has begun to melt.Add tomato spread to toast and serve.

Buffalo Cauliflower BitesIngredients:1 head of cauliflower1 tbsp olive oil2 tsp garlic powder¼ tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1 tbsp melted butter¾ cup hot wing sauce21Directions:Cut cauliflower into florets. Place inside a large mixing bowl or 1-gallon zip seal bag. Add olive oil,garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to coat florets.Spread florets evenly on the mesh trays. Air fry at 300 F for 10 minutes. Remove florets and allow tocool. Place back into olive oil mixture. Add melted butter and hot wing sauce. Toss to coat florets.Air fry at 300 F for another 5-8 minutes.Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional).

Avocado Fries22Ingredients:2 avocados, not fully ripejuice of 1 limesalt & pepper1 egg¼ cup flour1/2 cup panko breadcrumbsDirections:Cut avocados in half, lengthwise. Then cut into slices and remove from the skin. Drizzle with limejuice then salt and pepper the slices.Using 3 small bowls, beat eggs in 1 bowl, add flour to the second bowl, then place breadcrumbsin the third bowl. Dip avocado slices in the egg wash, then coat with flour and then coat withbreadcrumbs.Place avocado slices in the mesh basket and air fry at 400 F for 15 minutes or until crispy.

Roasted Spiced BroccoliIngredients:1 head of broccoli2 tbsp plain yogurt1 tbsp chickpea flour¼ tsp salt¼ tsp chili powder¼ tsp turmeric powderPinch of ground clovesPinch of cuminPinch of cinnamon23Directions:Cut broccoli into florets and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mixwell. Then mix in the broccoli and coat well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.Lightly oil the mesh basket. Place broccoli onto basket in an even layer. Select the Vegetablespreset to air fry at 400 F for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, use tongs to turn the broccoli for evencooking. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until crispy.

Kale Chips24Ingredients:1 lb kale1 tbsp olive oilSea saltDirections:Rinse kale and spin or towel dry. Ensure kale is dry before cooking. Cut kale leaves from stem.Then chop into bite sized pieces. Place in a large bowl and toss with olive oil and salt.Place kale on mesh basket and trays and air fry at 400 F for 3 minutes. Repeat with any remainingkale.

Pita Chips25Ingredients:4 pitas1 tbsp olive oilSalt & pepper½ tsp garlic powderPinch of cayenne pepperDirections:Cut pitas into 8 triangle slices. Place in a large bowl and coat with oil and seasoning.Lightly oil the mesh basket and add pita slices. Air fry pitas at 400 F for 3 minutes. Turn pitas andcontinue to cook for 4 minutes.

Mozzarella Sticks26Ingredients:12 pack of string cheese2 large eggs½ cup grated Parmesan cheese2 cups Italian breadcrumbs1 cup all-purpose flourDirections:Unwrap string cheese and place on a freezer-safe dish. Freeze for 45 minutes and no longer.Using 3 medium sized bowls, beat eggs in 1 bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbsin the second bowl, then place flour in the third bowl. Remove cheese sticks from freezer and dipeach one into the flour, then eggs and then breadcrumbs to coat.Lightly oil the mesh basket to prevent sticking, or line with perforated parchment paper. Air frymozzarella sticks for 3 minutes at 400 F. Using tongs, rotate the cheese sticks to ensure evencooking. Continue to air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Extra Loaded FriesIngredients:4 russet potatoes1 tbsp olive oil1 ½ lbs ground beef1 diced tomato½ cup diced red onion1 diced jalapeño¼ cup chopped fresh cilantroSour creamCheese sauceSalt & pepper27Directions:Peel and slice potatoes into French Fry sized slices. Place in a large bowl and cover with water,soaking for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Remove and pat with a towel or paper towels to dry well.Transfer to a large bowl and coat with olive oil, salt and pepper.Place potatoes in the baking cage. Use Rotisserie Tong to insert into the rotisserie position. Pressthe Rotisserie button and cook at 400 F for 20-30 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending onthe size of potato slices.Using a stovetop, brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Drain the grease and setaside.Place fries on a large serving dish and top with ground beef and remaining ingredients.

Sweet Potato Fries28Ingredients:2 sweet potatoes1 tbsp olive or avocado oil½ tsp saltDirections:Peel and slice potatoes into French Fry sized slices. Place in a large bowl and coat with oil andsalt.Place fries in the baking cage, and use Rotisserie Tong to insert it into the rotisserie position.Press the Rotisserie button and cook at 400 F for 10-20 minutes.Cooking time may vary depending on the size of potato slices.

Twice Baked PotatoIngredients:4 Russet potatoesOlive oilSalt & pepper2 tbsp butter, softened1/4 cup sour cream1/4 cup freshly chopped chives2 green onions, thinly sliced3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled29Directions:Wash and scrub russet potatoes. Pat dry. Poke several holes around the potato using a fork. Rubskin with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on the wire rack in the middle rack position. Air fry at350 F for 25 minutes.Check for doneness by inserting a fork. A fork easily pierces when it’s done. If the potato is hard,bake a little longer.Cut lengthwise slits in the top of each potato. Carefully scoop out flesh from the center andcombine in a bowl with sour cream, chives, half of the chopped green onions, and half thecheddar cheese. Mix together and scoop filling back into potatoes.Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and air fry at 350 F for 5 minutes. Top with bacon bits andremaining green onions.

Croutons30Ingredients:6 slices thick cut bread (Texas toast bread)¼ cup olive oil½ tbsp salt½ tbsp pepper1 tsp chili powderDirections:In a large mixing bowl, combine oil and seasoning. Slice bread into 1-inch cubes and place in bowl.Toss to coat.Lightly oil the mesh basket to prevent sticking. Spread croutons evenly inside the basket. Air fry at250 F for 13 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.

Spicy Peanuts31Ingredients:1 ½ cups shelled raw peanuts¼ cup sugar1 tbsp cayenne pepper1 tbsp unsalted butter1/8 cup waterDirections:In a mixing bowl, combine peanuts, sugar and cayenne pepper.In a small saucepan, melt butter then add water and stir together. Immediately pour over peanutsand stir to coat well.Place peanuts in the baking cage, and use Rotisserie Tong to insert into the rotisserie position.Press the Rotisserie button and air fry at 300 F for 15 minutes.

Beef JerkyIngredients:1 lb flank steak½ cup soy sauce2 tbsp liquid smoke1/8 tsp ground cloves1/8 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp ground cinnamon½ tsp black pepper½ cup dark brown sugar1-gallon zip seal bag32Directions:Slice steak against the grain into ¼” thick strips, trimming off any excess fat. Place into zip sealbag along with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 4 hours.Spread steak strips evenly onto the wire rack and place in the middle rack position. Air fry at 160 Ffor 45 minutes. Turn strips over and air fry for an additional 15 minutes.

BaconDirections:Place bacon strips in a single layer on the mesh trays.For regular cut bacon, air fry at 350 F for 4 minutes.For thick cut bacon, air fry at 300 F for 8 minutes.33

Spicy Grilled Cheese34Ingredients:2 slices thick cut bread (Texas toast bread)2 slices pepper jack cheese1 slice American cheeseCrushed red pepperButterDirections:Butter all sides of bread. Place cheese slices and sprinkle red pepper to make a sandwich. Placeon the mesh tray in the middle rack position. Air fry at 350 F for 5 minutes.

Philly Cheesesteak35Ingredients:½ white onion, sliced½ bell pepper, sliced½ lb of top round steak, sliced2 hoagie rolls2 slices pepper jack cheeseDirections:Lightly oil the mesh basket to prevent sticking. Place the onions, peppers and steak in the basketand place the basket in the bottom rack position.Slice off ends of hoagie rolls then slice rolls in half. Place the hoagie rolls open with soft side downon a mesh tray and place in the middle rack position.Air fry at 320 F for 8 minutes. Remove the mesh tray, turn the bread and place cheese slices ontobread. Continue cooking for 4 minutes. Fill hoagie rolls with onions, peppers and steak.

Chipotle Tuna MeltIngredients:4 slices of bread¼ cup of mayonnaise1 small can chipotle pepper in adobo sauce1 small can of tuna2 slices of American cheeseSalt & pepperButter36Directions:Using a food processor, blend 1 chipotle pepper and mayonnaise. Use enough chipotle pepper inadobo sauce to your taste. Place in a medium sized bowl and mix in tuna. Add salt and pepper totaste.Butter bread on all sides. Spread tuna mixture and add cheese to make a sandwich. Place on thewire rack in the middle rack position and air fry at 330 F for 4 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine using a forkor hands until mixture is coarse. Form a well into the center of the dough. Pour in heavy cream.Work together then add blueberries and gently fold into dough mix.Turn dough onto a lightly floured work surface. Work the dough into a flat rectangle, about ¾”thick, careful not to burst blueberries. Cut dough into 7 wedges.Lightly oil the mesh basket to prevent sticking. Place scones inside the basket and air fry at 400 Ffor 5 minutes. Turn and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Drizzle over warm scones.

Creamy CheesecakeFilling:16 oz cream cheese, softened1 cup sweetened condensed milk1 tsp vanilla extract1 large egg½ tsp lemon zest44Crust:¾ cup graham cracker crumbs2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted1 tbsp sugarDirections:In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Using a baking panlined with perforated parchment paper, press crust mixture into the bottom and up the side of thebaking pan. Place the baking pan into the air fryer basket on the middle wire rack and heat at350 F for 4 minutes.Using a mixer, blend together cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Thenblend in vanilla extract, egg and lemon zest. Do not over-blend. Pour over graham crackercrust. Place back into the air fryer on the middle rack and cook at 310 F for 20 minutes. Insert atoothpick into the center of the cheesecake. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cheesecake isdone.Remove baking pan from air fryer basket and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Carefully run a plasticknife or spatula or wooden skewer around the edge of the baking pan to loosen and then removefrom the pan and onto a serving plate.
