Vendor is responsible forconfirming this with the requesting department. Citra-Shield is not to be rinsedoff.Can we spray Citrashield instead of pressure cleaning awnings or any other delicatesurfaces? Pressure cleaning is not recommended for cleaning awnings or delicatesurfaces.All areas are to be cleaned with Citra-Shield Cleaner per the department’srequest. There PH is well over 1013.Water will be allowed to dry as long as standing water does not cause hazardousconditions for the public and Lee County staff.In accordance with the solicitation document, Vendors shall provide a list ofchemicals to be used. Section 20.4. states, “Vendors shall furnish MSDS/SDSsheets on all chemicals to be utilized under this Invitation to Bid within 10 Daysafter award to the requesting department.”21. AnswerIn accordance with the Solicitation Documents, all work schedules will becoordinated with the requesting department prior to work beginning. AnswerYes the formula is correct, this is how the department calculates the price persquare foot. The 0.20 price will be multiplied by the estimated quantity (totalsquare footage to be pressure washed).
