Does an “existingcustomer” need toprovide a serialnumber in order to beeligible for theadditional 5%discount?No. In an effort to improve the transaction process experience, Autodesk is using a“trust but verify” process. Partners should ensure that the customer has a valid serialnumber for a 2005-2016 product in order to receive the additional discount, howeversubmitting the serial number to Autodesk is not required.13.
