He statedthat the screw, when fully inserted, hits the white wire. They have had two switches short out when ithits the wire, thereby, affecting the green LED.IMMEDIATE DISPOSITION/SHORT TERM FIX: (DUE WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS OF FINDING)1. Immediate disposition once information was received:Evaluation: Reviewed Engineering switch drawings and Manufacturing assembly instructions.Results: It was found that this issue was previously identified in the November 2012 timeframeAt that time, a visual aid showing the incorrect and correct orientation of the wire on the resistorwas developed.
