The submission of LOC is tobe done through the PARIKSHA SANGAM link http://parikshasangam.cbse.go.in! given onCBSE Wbsite. Only those students whose name is submitted through the online process shallbe allowed to appear for Compartmen Examinations, 2022. The schools will have to useAffiliation Number as a user lID and the password already available with them for logging in intothe system for submission of LOC. The following important information may be read andunderstood carefully:(1)Students who have appeared for the Board's Examinationsfor session 2021-22 as regularstudents from CBSE affliated schools andwhose resulthas been declared asCompartment' should approach the school from which they have appeared. Similarly. theschools shall also contact the students and inform them about the compartmentexaminations. It will be the responsibility of the school to submit LOC within thestipulated schedule. No request for an extension of the date will be considered dueto any reason.(2)The schools shall submit the names of the students in the LoC for CompartmentExaminations-2022 as per the conditions of eligibility given in Annexure-.(3)It is also informed to the schools for their information that the Students who appeared insession 2020-21 in Full Subjects (i.e., 5/6/7 as per the Scheme of Studies) either as aregular student through schools affliated to the Board or as Private Student, and theirresut was declared as "COMPARTMENT" and they could also not pass in Compartment2021 Exams (1st Chance) and Term-ll, 2022 Examinations (2nd Chance) examination, allsuch students are eligible to apply only as Private Students for 3rd chanceCompartment Examinations-2022. A separate circular in this regard is being issued andbeing made available on the website of CBSE. Schools may advise/direct such "PrivateStudents" to apply online directly through CBSE's website, whenever approached. ANNEXURE1ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR COMPARTMENT EXAMINATIONS- 2022ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: CLASS XII(A)Regular students who appeared in Board's Examinations 2022 through schoolsaffliated tothe Board and declared as cOMPARTMENT are eligible to apply onlyin one subjectin which they are placed in Compartment. OR(B)Regular students who appeared in Board's Examinations 2022 through schoolsaffiliated to the Board with 6 subjects and placed in COMPARTMENT in twosubjects are eligible to apply in any one of the two subjects in whichplaced inCompartment. OR(C)Regular students who appeared in 6 subjects in Board's Examinations 2022 anddeclared PASS but could not clear one subject, can appearin the failed subjectunder the Improvement of the Performance category only in the subjectswhose examinations will be conducted. OR(D)Regular students who appeared in the Board's Examinations 2022 and declaredPASS can appear in any one subject under the Improvement of thePerformance category only in the subjects whose examinations will beconducted.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: CLASS X(A)Regular students who appeared in Board's Examinations 2022 through schoolsaffiliated tothe Board and declared as COMPARTMENT are eligible to apply inone or two subjects in which placed in Compartment. OR(B)C)Regular students who appeared in Board's Examinations 2022 through schoolsaffiliated to the Board with 6/7 subjects and declared PASS due to replacement ofsubject(s) can appear in that subject(s) under Improvement of Performancecategory only in the subjects whose examinations will be conducted, subject tothe condition of valid combination of subjects as per date sheet.
