I have sent in my Team Reservation Forms to Disney Sports Travel Company by the due date indicated in theTravel Planner Manual. I have sent my payment for my team to Disney Sports Travel by the due date indicated in the Travel PlannerManual. If I’m traveling into Orlando International Airport, I have sent my Disney’s Magical Express (DME) form to theDME office. If traveling to Tampa, I have made a reservation with Mears Transportation.I have visited https://www.mydisneygroup.com/popwarner to view the benefits of My Magic . to view the Products and Services and Practice signups for football and cheer. I am aware of the 10 PM curfew for my team for the entire time they are on WDW property. Please have a copy of the front and back listing the 800 # to call in case of an incident.This will be needed if an athlete should require any treatment. Pop Warner insurance acts as a secondary insurance forthose that have insurance and primary insurance for those that do not have any medical insurance. We will also haveavailable medical claim forms from Pop Warner. We hope this will alleviate any problems if medical care is needed.Please remember, if your team does not carry Pop Warner insurance you must bring a claim form from your medicalcarrier.Thank you.
