Planning CommitteeDr. Clay McDonald DC, MBA, JDClay is the President of Logan University and the Chair of the Association of ChiropracticColleges. He has extensive experience both in private practice and in chiropracticeducation.He served for a number of years of the Board of the Council on ChiropracticEducation (U.S) and currently sits as a board member on the Spine Institute of Quality.Prof. David Byfield DC, BSc, MPhil, FRCCDavid is the Head of Clinical Services at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, University ofSouth Wales, UK. Having spent over 40 years in the chiropractic profession, David hasextensive educational experience in England, Wales and Canada. He has written threechiropractic textbooks and continues to sit on a number of committees both within andoutside the chiropractic profession.Prof. Haymo Thiel DC, MSc, PhD, FHEAHaymo is the Principal and CEO of AECC University College, UK. A 1985 graduate ofCanadian Memorial Chiropractic College, he completed a Masters degree at RoyalUniversity Hospital, Saskatoon and a PhD at the University of Portsmouth. He haspublished widely within clinical and educational subject areas.Dr. Claire Johnson DC, MSEd, PhDClaire is a Professor at National University of Health Sciences and the Editor in Chief forthe Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics, the Journal of ChiropracticMedicine, and the Journal of Chiropractic Humanities. Her master?s degree is in healthprofessions education with a focus on evidence-based practices and her PhD is in publichealth with a focus in epidemiology.Dr. Bart Green DC, PhDA chiropractor for more than 25 years, Bart is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal ofChiropractic Education and a faculty member at the National University of Health Sciences.He is a full-time practicing chiropractor in an interprofessional corporate health center forStanford Health Care. Previously, he was staff chiropractor at Naval Medical Center SanDiego, establishing its first chiropractic service line, and has owned a private practice. Barthas a master's in health professions education and a PhD in public health.Mr. David O'Bryon JD, CAEDavid is the President of the Association of Chiropractic Colleges. With over 30 years ofgovernment and association experience, he has served organizations as an executive,consultant and volunteer. David serves on the Secretariat of the National Association ofSchools and Universities in the US. He is the Past President of the Federation ofAssociations of Schools of the Allied Health Professions.Dr. Richard Brown DC, LL.M, FRCCRichard is the Secretary-General of the World Federation of Chiropractic. A graduate ofAECC University College, he was in private practice for over 25 years. He is a pastPresident of the British Chiropractic Association and a past Secretary-General of both theEuropean Chiropractors' Union and the European Academy of Chiropractic. He is a Fellowof the Royal College of Chiropractors and is a member of Eurospine, the spine society ofEurope.

Conference venueThe 2018 WFC ACC Chiropractic EducationConference will take place at the magnificent BMAHouse in Tavistock Square, right in the heart ofLondon's fashionable Bloomsbury.Elegantly styled BMA House is one of London's bestexamples of Edwardian architecture. Designed by therenowned architect, Sir Edward Lutyens, constructionwas completed around 1911.BMA House has been the headquarters of the BritishMedical Association since 1925, when it was openedby King George V and Queen Mary. Peer Review TeamA total of 109 abstracts were received in response to a call that was issued early in 2018. A small team peerreviewed the workshop submissions.
