The Company secured upto 4.5 million (CAD) in co-investment funding under a twostage program that includes development and deploymentof (i) a thermal screening module that highlights personspresenting with elevated temperatures in real-time, usingcommodity-priced thermal cameras, (ii) additional computermodules that detect the presence or non-presence ofmedical and non-medical masks and face coverings, and theability to highlight persons and problem areas where socialdistance requirements are not being maintained, and (iii)cross-location temperature monitoring to help the predictionof future outbreaks based on the overall trending and thecombination of quantifiable indicators.Stage One comprises up to 2.25 million in investment todemonstrate the development of the modules over a fourto six-month timeframe with on-site deployments with fiveor more co-development customers. In Stage Two, PatriotOne will receive a second investment advance of up to 2.25 million over a six to eight-month timeframe to refinethe Health & Safety Modules and redeploy with Stage Onepartners and customer(s).Patriot One’ s new Health & Safety modules are additionalvideo object recognition solutions that are integrated intothe PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Threat Detection Platform, which also includes weapon detection, disturbance andfight detection modules. The Health & Safety Modules usestandard medium resolution thermal cameras, powered withthe PATSCAN AI software to identify and analyze instancesof elevated body temperature. Any anomalous detectionoutside a nominal body temperature range will result in animmediate alert, which will be instantly transmitted to onsitesecurity for further action. In addition, Patriot One’s Xtract.ai division, in collaborationwith Amazon Web Services, Vancouver General Hospital,University of British Columbia (“UBC”), and SapienML, helpedradiologists identify the increased risk of the COVID19 virus. This project was led by Dr. Savvas Nicolaou and Dr. WilliamParker and supported by the UBC Community Health andWellbeing Cloud Innovation Center (UBC-CIC) which has amission to solve real-world challenges that materially benefitBritish Columbia and the world. Data captured from CT andX-ray scans from around the world, are being reviewed andannotated by 4 radiologists, who are labelling each image tosegment them into three classes: background, normal lung, and Ground Glass Opacity (“GGO”). The percentage of lungvolume affected by GGO is a leading indicator for COVID-19,and the development of an automated approach to assess thiscan greatly assist medical practitioners to quickly diagnoseearly onset of the virus. These wins across multiple sectors, particularly healthcareand defence don’t in any way represent a departure fromour core mission. In fact, they show that the power of theneural network engine built by our AI team, so critical to thePATSCAN Platform development, has ready application inmany other parts of the economy. At it’s heart is the ability tomake sense of vast quantities of complex data, which is whatwe do in the PATSCAN Platform.APR - JUL 2020 - Second QuarterIssue #17 - Pg 1

DETER DETECT DEFENDCEO CORNERQ2, 2020 has indeed been achallenging one for the companyand the world with the COVID19pandemic, and the destruction ithas caused to our communities indeaths, sickness and disruptionto business and governmentoperations. As highlighted in ourfirst Facebook Live Interview, weseized the opportunity to use ourAI-machine learning and computervision skills to help address thispandemic challenge, and wassuccessful in securing 4.5Min Canada’s Digital TechnologySupercluster Covid-19 Responsefunding for our Health & SafetySolutions. At the end of May weannounced the rollout of two (2) ofthese solutions, which are beingadopted by some of key clients. Our current modules includeVRS-T Thermal Elevated BodyTemperature Identification andVTS-HS Facial Mask Detection forHealth Safety Compliance. Twoother modules are being worked onas well, contact tracing and socialdistancing, which will be announcedwhen ready for commercial rollout. In the meantime, we’ve also beenbusy integrating several of ourproprietary sensor componentsfor concealed weapon detectionin our new Multi-Sensor Gateway(MSG) solution. Testing and datagathering for our MSG1.0 Fastlanesolution has been in progress forseveral months, and results arevery positive. Our planned Augustcommercial release of MSG1.0 isbased on a proprietary technologyfor use in fast-lane pedestrianthroughput for locations such asstadiums and event venues.CONT’D ON PAGE 3APR - JUL 2020 - Second QuarterVOLUME 17JULY 2020Beyond the PATSCAN VRS modules highlighted above, Patriot One’sproduct and engineering teams have been hard at work on the developmentof the PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Gateway, which combines multiple sensorswith select proprietary detection technologies into one gateway system. Asshared previously, by combining multiple sensors with the PATSCAN ArtificialIntelligence neural network system (developed by the XTRACT.ai team), theGateway’s overall performance level is dramatically enhanced and showsimproved detection of personal concealed weapons. The Patriot One productand engineering teams have been working side-by-side on the developmentand testing of the integrated Gateway solution. The result is a leading-edge,touchless detection technology that will save lives. The PATSCAN MultiSensor Gateway will help protect on-site security, staff and visitors againstweapons and other physical threats at building and venue entrances, as wellas help identify potential viral threats with the addition of the thermal videorecognition module. The PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Gateway (MSG 1.0) forFastlane threat detection is planned for release to the North American market inAugust 2020 with several Gateway trial installations starting as early July 2020.TSX: PAT OTCQX: PTOTFGeneral Inquiries: 1 (888) 728-1832Investor Inquiries: 1 (888) ssue #17 - Pg 2

DETER DETECT DEFENDCEO CORNERCONT’D FROM PAGE 2Coupling the MSG1.0 with ourcurrent VRS modules for weapondetection, and health safety juststrengthen the overall Platformperformance and our valueproposition to clients.FutureMSG modules will look to addother proprietary sensors for morehigh detail scans to be used atschools, businesses, hospitals, and transportation hubs.Last week we saw our stock jumpto 1.30CAD, but unfortunately, with selling, it fell back below thewarrant price of 1.25CAD. Thiswas disappointing. However, our focus these past 6 monthshas been on these top twogoals - (1) commercial salesand deployments and (2) drivingrevenue. We know this effortwill drive towards achieving ourtarget for the October 1.70 CADWarrants. With your supportwe will work to achieve all theseefforts. All in all, with 27M CAD(04/30/20) in the bank, over 4.5M in wins with CanadianDigital Technology SuperclusterCovid19 programs, PATSCANPlatform solutions rolling intosales and deployment, excitingsolutions and wins in health careand security for our Xtract teamand, hopefully, a downward shiftin the COVID19 pandemic, PatriotOne is positioned well to move ourbusiness forward to success. As always, thank you for yoursupport and faith in our progress.JULY 2020VOLUME 17INVESTOR UPDATEThis past quarter the company’s share price on TSX had a low of 0.51 and ahigh more recently of 1.42. The quarter had several announcements of nondilutive financing supplementing the Company’s treasury of 27 million (as ofend FQ/3-04/03/20). The Company also announced a strategic alliance with LAFootball Club and Banc of California Stadium. The Company anticipates severalnew partnerships to be announced this next quarter and roll out of not just itsVRS module but the PATSCAN Platform.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALESBusiness Development has been busy this past quarter introducing our newhealth and safety applications, as well as the physical threat detection solutions. These new health safety solutions have further demonstrated the value of ourAI/ machine learning and computer vision capabilities with our resellers andtheir end-user clients. Specifically, our clients appreciate the more methodicaland validated approach to detecting elevated temperature with our solutions, versus others sold in today’s marketplace. Some of our current clients arenow beginning to implement these new modules. Moreover, our team hasdemonstrated its ability to pivot to marketplace needs, and quickly introducenew solutions that can be added and further strengthen our PATSCAN Platform.Based on the feedback and discussions we have received from property ownersand management, and our reseller partners, it’s evident that physical securityand the ability to protect against Covid19 is becoming paramount to protectingstaff and customers. Both these objectives can be achieved by installing ourPlatform as overall security doesn’t have to be compromised at the expense ofimplementing health and safety applications. We are now targeting education, municipalities, and other venues, including professional sports stadiums andarenas; key sectors which have now tested our PATSCAN PlatformUpdateThis quarter the team at Xtract AI have been celebrating numerous winsand beginning work on projects including the Heads Up, Hands Free projectwith Canada’s Department of National Defence to provide better situationalawareness for Canadian firefighters. Another project is looking to provide asolution to actively modify the visual and infrared signatures (the pattern emittedby an object) of Army platforms in order to decrease detectability. There havealso been two wins in the health sphere: with a collaborative project with AmazonWeb Services (AWS), Vancouver General Hospital (VGH), the University ofBritish Columbia (UBC), and SapienML among others in the development ofan AI solution to help radiologists identify the increased risk of the COVID-19virus; and a contract with Health Canada to utilize artificial intelligence in a bidto increase the success rate of organ donation, as well as the success rate oftransplantations within Canada.MartinAPR - JUL 2020 - Second QuarterIssue #17 - Pg 3
