Only use attachments rated at 150psi minimum. Check air hoses for weak or worncondition before each use. Makesure all connections are secure.AssemblyThe air hose is supplied loose toprevent damage during transit. Use9/16” open end wrench to attachthread-sealed 1/4” NPT male hose endto air outlet on manifold (oppositefiller valve). Tighten just to finger tightthen turn 2-3 more times.drained from tank regularly to preventrusting. Failure to do so will weakenthe tank and may result in injury orproperty damage due to tank burstingor rupture.Draining Instructions:Filler Valve1. Remove hose.Safety Relief Valve2. Fill tank with 5 psi - 10 psi of air.Figure 1NOTE: The air shut-off valve (red knob)does not have to be opened to fill thetank.3. Inflate object by locking universaladapter onto valve stem. Be sure topress universal adapter down overvalve stem threads completely.When universal adapter is firmly inplace, press locking lever down tolock onto valve stem (see Figure 2).2. Press chuck from air source ontofiller valve located on the side ofthe brass manifold (See Figure 1).Fill tank to a maximum of 125 psi asindicated on pressure gauge. Thesafety relief valve is preset to 135psi to prevent overfilling.4. Fully open air shut-off valve.5. Allow all air and moisture to fullydrain.6. Close shut-off valve and reconnecthose. Use PTFE thread seal tape onthreaded connection.For information regarding theoperation of the product, please call1-800-543-6400.Pull safety relief valve before fillingto be sure the valve moves freely.1. Take portable tank to a source ofclean, dry, compressed air (ie. fullservice gas station, truck stop etc.Some modern convenience stationsdo not have sufficient pressure tofill the tank). The recommended fillpressure is between 85 and 125 psi.3. Hold tank upside down withmanifold at lowest point.
