Builds Agenda using Board Letters, Contracts, andother documents which are uploaded by Departments in theAgenda Submission application.Agenda Submission - This is a web based application and ispublished on the intranet. This application is used by alldepartments in the county. It allows users to submit BoardLetters and Supporting documents to the CAO Analyst. Anemail notification is generated for the CAO Analyst when anew board letter is uploaded. The CAO Analyst can makecorrection to the uploaded document.AAB - Assessment Appeals Boards System tracks propertyassessment appeals from receipt of request through the finaldisposition (involving the assessor and hearings before theassessment appeals board). Includes viewing images of theAppeals documents. Property owners or their agents can fileappeals online, sign using DocuSign, and pay using theCounty’s designated payment provider.Boards and Commissions - Tracks boards & commissions andthe seat positions associated with them. History is loggedwhen a seat position changes. Generates reports and postsinformation to the County website for the Clerk of the Board.Calendar - Internet calendar to provide citizens and countyworkers to lookup Board meetings and Committee meetings.Provide agenda and minutes for the meetings.Calendar Maintenance - Intranet tool to allow updates ofcalendarCBS Imaging - Scans (and Indexes) documents imaged for theAAB, Claims, Maps, and Miscellaneous Image Viewingapplications and Legal Hearing Officer Docs (LHO).Claims Tracking - The Claims system tracks claims against theCounty. Granicus Live Manager isused during the meeting to capture agenda items. GranicusMedia Manager is used to manage the meetings. MediaVault and Stream Replicator are on site servers and help inlive streaming of meetings to intranet users.Granicus Podcast - This is a third party application and thevendor is Granicus. As the BOS meetings are archived theyare also made available to download on the PC and mobiledevice via the Granicus View page. The downloadedmeetings are not attached to agenda to agenda items.IPad BOS Agenda Download - This is a desktop applicationand is installed on the clerk's machine in the Clerk of theBoard office. This application merges the agenda and it'ssupporting documents to a cross- linked PDF file. This PDFfiles is copied on the internet location. An email notificationis sent out to all users when the PDF File is created. Theinternet users can now download this PDF file to their iPad orPC from the link provided in the email. iAnnotate applicationis required if downloading on iPad.MAPS - Tracks the multiple steps involved in processing taxpayments for new maps (from the initial receipt of depositthrough the final payment of taxes). Multiple deposit typesare processed. CBS Office uses system to coordinate theeffort involved between multiple county departments andthe parties filing the request. System prompts the CBS userthrough different processing steps, depending on the valueof the data. Automatically generates needed (merged OLE)forms and letters from within the appropriate processingsteps. Reports can be printed.
