Routematch MobilityRoutematch Mobility is a cloud-based, end-toend intermodal and multimodal trip planningand scheduling and delivery solution. At its core,the Mobility product allows an agency – throughmultimodal trip planning – to more fully leverageits family of services to better meet the needsof riders while increasing operational efficiency.Our Mobility solution integrates with traditionalscheduling and dispatching tools – includingour own Routematch Scheduling Engine. Withbuilt-in APIs, it has the capacity to integratethird-party data, which allows an agency toeasily incorporate multimodal services withincurrent operations.3
Mobility ManagementAt the heart of the solution is Mobility Management, which allows youto connect your riders to vehicles and multimodal travel hubs throughconfigurable services.HUBSRIDERSHubs are transfer points where riderscan switch travel modes. Hubs aredefined through GTFS data and can beassigned travel attributes. On-DemandWith our new Ride Matching Engine, riders can request and embark onmultimodal itineraries in real-time. The Mobility Ride Matching Engine accountsfor weather, traffic, service alerts, and real-time GTFS feeds. Combining bothmachine learning and historical data, Routematch Mobility processes pre-scheduled as well as on-demand trips to form provisional schedules. At theoptimal time, the solution converts these schedules into work assignmentsand pushes them to both agency and third-party drivers for completion.Riders likewise receive real-time notifications.7
