Both Will Webster and Kim DeShazo are certified mediators who havebeen called upon by peers in both the defense and plaintiffs’ bar to serve as mediators.Other attorneys in the firm have likewise served as mediators and arbitrators.Additionally, the firm has extensive experience in litigating issues of arbitrability andthe validity of arbitration agreements at both the trial and appellate levels. D. MITCHELL HENRYD. Mitchell Henry has achieved an AV attorney rating as evaluatedby Martindale-Hubbell.
