To accurately predict a MONTHLY operating budget. Operating Budget is defined as “a combination ofknown expenses, expected future costs, and forecasted income over the course of a year” taken t-61475.html .Please note: The current budget does not include ALL of the expenses. The proposed budget would include allof the expenses such as Rent, P.O. Box Expense. The current budget also has quarterly expenses such asRegional Meeting List Expense of 300 which are only purchased 4 time a year. Unity Committee has 4 eventsa year and usually requests 400 (not 400 every month). This motion would also change our Prudent Reserve from 150 (in current budget as an expense) to 1,452.17(not an expense but the total of all our monthly expenses kept in the bank as a reserve).Prudent Reserve is defined as “One month’s expenses” as it is suggested in the NA Treasurer’s Handbook. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact:Paul S. 215-485-8108Harry D. 267-337-4560Mary D. 267-241-4092Suzanne M. 267-767-9117Jim R. 215-565-6784
