KETO PROTEIN PANCAKES2 scoops of Dr. Kellyann's CompleteCollagen Protein8oz. cream cheese8 large eggs¼ cup butter1 tsp vanilla extractOptional - top with fresh blueberriesDirections:In a food processor or large mixing bowl combine creamcheese, butter and eggs. It is easiest to use room temperature butter and cream cheese.Add the collagen protein powder to the wet ingredient mixture and mix until fully combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.Heat a skillet on medium heat. Pour in the pancake batterand cook for 2 minutes on each side. Once done, top withfruit of choice.

BAKED OATMEAL2 scoops Dr. Kellyann'sComplete Collagen Protein3 cups quick-cooking oats1 cup packed brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon2 large eggs1 cup whole milk½ cup butter, meltedDirections:Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine collagenprotein powder, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt andcinnamon. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk and butter. Stirinto oat mixture untilblended.Spoon into a greased 9-in square baking pan. Bake 40-45minutes or until set. Serve warm and enjoy.

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS6 scoops Dr. Kellyann'sComplete Collagen Protein1 ¼ cup unsweetened almondmilk, divided¼ cup coconut flour2 whole eggs¼ unsweetened cocoa powder1 cup dark chocolate chips4 tsp baking powder4 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp saltDirections:Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a muffin tin. In a bowl, combine collagen protein powder, flour, salt, cocoa powder, andbaking powder.Combine 1 cup almond milk with ½ cup chocolate chips; microwave for 1 minutes and stir until smooth and fully melted. Addremaining ¼ cup almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract; mixwell. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredientsand stir until completely combined.Scoop half of the batter into the muffin tin (so the cups arehalf full) and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.Bake for 18-20 minutes, enjoy!

In a bowlcombine eggs, collagen protein powder and vanilla extract.Whisk until powder is dissolved.Scoop about ½ of the mixture (if using an 8" pan) or 1/3 ofthe mix if using a smaller pan, into the pan and rotate panaround so the batter spreads thin. Cook until the bottom islightly browned and flip it over to cook through.Top with your favorite fruit, or drizzle with melted chocoalteor honey!

Makes 1 full pizza crust.Place sauce and toppings of your choice on crust beforebaking.

MASHED CAULIFLOWER2 scoops Dr. Kellyann'sComplete Collagen Protein1 medium head of cauliflower,roughly chopped4 tbs nutritional yeast¾ tsp sea salt¾ tbs dried parsley1 tsp garlic powder2 tsp dried minced onionOptional - 1-2 tbs coconut oilPepper to tasteDirections:Roughly chop cauliflower and put into microwave safecontainer with 1 tsp of water. Cover and cook in microwaveon HIGH for 4 minutes. Drain water from cauliflowerUsing a potato masher or immersion blender creamcauliflower. Microwave for an additional 4 minutes,uncovered.Drain any remaining fluid. Combine the rest of theingredients with the cauliflower and mash/blend until itreaches desired consistency.

SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP4oz. spinach (chopped)14.5oz. can artichoke hearts inwater (drained, chopped, andsqueezed to release extramoisture)4oz. cream cheese4 cloves garlic (minced)¼ cup mayonnaise (can also usesour cream if you prefer)¼ tsp black pepper¼ cup grated parmesan cheese2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese,shredded2 scoops Dr. Kellyann'sComplete Collagen ProteinDirections:Cook spinach over medium heat, stirring occasionally, untilthe spinach is wilted. Set aside to cool. Preheat the oven to350 F.Melt cream cheese in microwave. Once melted, add in thecollagen protein powder, mayonnaise, grated parmesan,artichoke hearts, garlic, pepper, and half of the shreddedmozzarella. Stir.Gather spinach it into a ball and squeeze, making sure to getall the water. Combine to mixture and sprinkle remainingcheese on top. Bake for about 30 minutes.

ALFREDO SAUCE2 scoops Dr. Kellyann'sComplete Collagen Protein6oz. Dr. Kellyann’s ChickenBone Broth¼ tsp black pepper½ cup grated parmesan¼ cup rolled oats3 cloves garlic (1 ½ tsp minced)1 tbs olive oil½ tsp SaltDirections:Place all ingredients except olive oil into a blender or foodprocessor. Blend everything together making sure there areno chunks in the sauce. Place a medium sauce pan onto yourstove, add a tablespoon of olive oil, and warm on mediumheat. Add the sauce and stir occasionally until it thickens.Enjoy!

ITALIAN DRESSING / MARINADE2 scoops Dr. Kellyann'sComplete Collagen Protein¾ cup olive oil¼ cup white wine vinegar2 tbs Parmesan cheese1 tbs dried parsley2 tsp lemon juice1 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp onion powder1 tsp honey or maple syrup½ tsp garlic powder½ tsp kosher salt and ½ tsp ofpepperDirections:Combine olive oil and vinegar in a medium size microwavesafe container. Heat in the microwave on HIGH for 15 seconds. Add the collagen protein powder and stir until powderhas dissolved.Add parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, basil, oregano,garlic salt, onion powder, honey, garlic powder, salt, andblack pepper. Stir until everything is combined. Cover andstore in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes or run under hot water for a fewseconds to loosen dressing. Shake or stir before using.

BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE2 scoops Dr. Kellyann'sComplete Collagen Protein¼ cup balsamic vinegar1-2 tsp dried thyme¼ tsp salt¼ tsp vanilla extract¼ cup of orange juice½ cup water1 tbs grapeseed oilDirections:Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE COCONUT ENERGY BITES2 scoops Dr. Kellyann'sComplete Collagen Protein2 tbs cacao powder1 tbs ground coconut2 tbs coconut oil, melted2 tbs almond butterDirections:Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well using fork. Rollinto balls. Optionally roll and coat balls with cacao powderor coconut flakes. Put in fridge for 30 minutes to form, thenenjoy!

COCONUT VANILLA TURMERIC FAT BOMBS2 scoop Dr. Kellyann'sComplete Collagen Protein¼ cup unsweetened coconutflakes, plus extra to garnish1 tablespoon filtered water1-2 tsp of vanilla extract1 scoop Dr. Kellyann'sVanilla Bone Broth Protein¼ teaspoon ground turmeric¼ teaspoon ground gingerDirections:Place all dry ingredients into a food processor. Blend untilwell mixed and crumbled.Add water to food processor. Mix until dough forms.Form five small balls out of the dough and roll in coconutflakes. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, and enjoy!

Soften cream cheese in large mixingbowl. Add eggs and stevia, mix with blender. Add remainingingredients and continue mixing for 2-3 minutes. Pour into6 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.Bake for 25 minutes and then turn oven down to 200 andbake for an additional hour. Let cool in fridge for 4-5 hours.Optional: top with fresh strawberries or blueberries.
