2Covid-19 - ChangesRegistration- Registration for programs, memberships and special events will NOCovid-19 ChangesLONGER be accepted at the program, activity or special event. You MUST Pre-Register for allactivities, memberships and special events conducted by Bloomfield Leisure Services. Due to CDCas well as state guidelines class size and capacity have been reduced. You will notice that there is a half-hour betweensign-up times; this is so staff can clean common surfaces ie. door handles and bleachers etc. Handsanitizer stations are located throughout the building.Masks -Per the Governor orders you must wear a mask when you enter and exit thebuilding and must have one in all common areas ie hallways bathrooms. Depending upon theactivity you are participating in you may be able to remove the mask for that activity. Noncompliance will result in expulsion from the facility. If you forget your mask at home ask a staffperson and they will provide you with one.Social Distancing -It is important that we maintain proper social distancingprotocols while participating in activities as well in common areas of the building. If you areregistering from programs please respect the marked out spacing in the office on the floor andfollow all building signage. Refunds for recreational activities will be given forproven medical reasons. However, refunds must be requested before the first activity period and mustbe put in writing. Once an activity begins there will be no refunds for that program unless initiated bythe department.
