We strive to make the transition toMuhlenberg as easy as possible for each student. If you have questions or need assistance, call the Wescoe School at484-664-3300.The Wescoe School accepts transfer courses from similarly accredited community colleges and four-year colleges/universities. While an official, sealed transcript will be required for formal transfer of credits, an unofficialtranscript or grade report will be useful when you have your initial meeting with a Wescoe advisor. This willallow us to provide you with an understanding of which courses will be approved for transfer and outline anindividualized pathway to completion of your degree. In addition to previous college coursework, we can alsohelp identify alternative sources for credit such as CLEP testing, military service/training, and Credit for Prior Learning (as recommended by American Council for Education standards).Muhlenberg College use the course unit system instead of credit hours. Each transferable three- to five-credit coursecompleted at Lehigh Carbon Community College is equal to one course unit. Only courses for which a student hasearned a C- or better will be considered for transfer. At least half the total courses required for graduation must becompleted at Muhlenberg. Similarly, at least half the courses required for any major or minor must be completed atMuhlenberg.1
