Summer camps and day camps are also notauthorized to operate until the state ing PoolsPublic Health has defined a distinction between HOA/apartment pools and publicly-owned pools andcreated proposed guidance:Swimming pools operated by HOAs, apartment and condominium complexes that are for use byresidents only are not considered to be “public” pools and may therefore open if operators adhere tothe following Public Health guidance:- Use shall be limited to residents only.- Physical distancing of at least six feet shall be enforced.4

- Occupancy in common areas and in the pool shall be limited to allow for the mandated physicaldistancing.- Frequently touched surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized regularly.- The closing of restrooms is recommended.- Seating areas must be sanitized between each use.- Face coverings shall be required outside of the pool when members of more than one household arepresent.- Proper chlorine levels in the pool shall be maintained.- This guidance shall be posted at the pool and communicated to all residents.Public pools are defined as pools available for use by the general public. National Crisis Text Linehttps://www.crisistextline.org/Text HOME to 741741HousingExecutive Order, Governor NewsomFull Executive Order: atorium-on-evictions/The order is effective immediately and will apply through May 31, 2020 and builds on the Governor’sprevious executive action authorizing local governments to halt evictions.SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom issued an executive order banning the enforcement ofeviction orders for renters affected by COVID-19 through May 31, 2020. The order prohibits landlordsfrom evicting tenants for nonpayment of rent and prohibits enforcement of evictions by lawenforcement or courts. It also requires tenants to declare in writing, no more than seven days after therent comes due, that the tenant cannot pay all or part of their rent due to COVID-19.The tenant would be required to retain documentation but not required to submit it to the landlord inadvance. And the tenant would remain obligated to repay full rent in a timely manner and could stillface eviction after the enforcement moratorium is lifted.
