Accreditation does not guarantee transfer of credits. Applicants requesting credit earned for previoustraining at another post-secondary institution must submit sealed official transcripts to the Registrar with 30 daysof starting a program. Students are required to immediately notify the institution of a change to theirphysical location by notifying the Registrar in writing. Currently under the NC-SARA Reciprocity agreement,California is the only state that does not participate. If a student relocates to the state of California this willadversely impact the student’s ability to complete their program.10
