Bring to a boil and let simmerfor 45mins (make more ahead oftime to cut down on prep time).Add into a bowl what you will use fora serving and add in the remainingingredients. You can store the rest inthe fridge for a later use.

Slice strawberries ontop and add in milk.*This recipe is one of the mostpopular cereals I’ve ever created.It was created when I was actuallytrying to make a quinoa bar but itfell a part and the cereal was born!Since then, Angela Macaroni, afellow member from my hormoneprogram, Sexy Lady Balls, recreatedthis cereal adding in spirulina.Spirulina is packed with chlorophyll,which fuels the liver and cleansesthe blood. Thencut in half and use as a bun.

In a large pan heat ghee/butter/coconut oil on medium and sautébroccolini and cabbage for about 5minutes. Transfer them into a bowland add the remaining ingredients anddrizzle olive oil and lemon. Refrigerateand spoon into a bowl as needed.This may sound like a strange meal tohave at breakfast, but its absolutelydelicious. You will have quite a bitleftover, so store it and it can be usedalternatively for lunch or dinner.Dressing of your choice

Saute for a minute and thenadd chopped tomatoes and reducethe heat to just below medium. Letsimmer for about 3-5 minutes andthen crack over eggs, salt, crackedpepper and cover. Let eggs poachin tomato sauce for 6-10 minutes oruntil desired consistency is reached(I like my eggs over hard). Then at thelast couple minutes of cooking addfreshly chopped herbs and serve.Serves 2-4

Sift in spices and bakingsoda into wet ingredients. Melt oilon medium heat and add batter andturn pan to spread it out. Flip onceyou see bubbles appear.Serve with butter.

Cook until they hold together,flipping once as you would for apancake.

Set aside.Take parchment paper and fold.Open back up and place white fishand veggies on one side and pourmixture. Fold parchment paper overand wrinkle paper under to tightlysecure. Place on a small bakingsheet or tray and put into the ovenfor 20mins.After 20 mins be carefulwhen opening because the steamcan burn you. Eat as is or serve witha side salad. Enjoy!

Lunch & DinnerLIVER CANDIDA DETOX*Suitable for the liver & candida portion of this planParchment Paper Chicken 2 boneless, skinless chickenbreasts Sea salt & black pepper Lemon (or any other way youchoose to dress it, herbs work wellhere too!) Two sheets of parchment paper –1’x1’dress with salt, pepper and lemon andadd to one side of the half heart ofparchment paper. Fold over chickenand with your hands, wrap parchmentpaper tightly under, crunching it andfolding it to secure it as best as youcan. Add both to a baking sheet andinto the oven for 25 minutes.Preheat oven to 400.Fold parchment paper over and cutinto a half heart. Do this for bothsheets and set aside.Get boneless, skinless chicken andI will make several of these andeither shred them into salads, serveit quickly with a side of veggies, etc.The possibilities are endless. It heatsup well and clean up is a synch!

Setaside.Sauté asparagus in butter or ghee for acouple minutes until asparagus is brightgreen. With tongs, place asparagus on acutting board and roughly chop. Add toquinoa bowl.Spoon in avocado, grapefruit chunksand hemp seeds. Drizzle with dressingand serve.Creamy Sesame Dressing 2211tbsp toasted sesame oiltbsp tamaritsp tahini pastepacket steviaMix together and drizzle all over.

Lunch & DinnerLIVER CANDIDA DETOX*Suitable for the liver & candida portion of this planRoasted Herbed Salmon1 salmon filletSea salt and cracked pepper¼ cup organic olive oil2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemonjuice ½ cup minced scallions, whiteand green parts (4 scallions) ½ cup minced fresh dill ½ cup minced fresh parsley Lemon wedges, for serving *Balsamic Vinegar to drizzle (ifyou’re not sensitive to it) Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.Place the salmon fillet in a glass,ceramic, or stainless-steel roastingdish and season it generously withsalt and pepper. Whisk together theolive oil and lemon juice and drizzlethe mixture evenly over the salmon.Let it stand at room temperature for15 minutes.In a small bowl, stir together thescallions, dill, and parsley. Scatterthe herb mixture over the salmonfillet, turning it so that both sides aregenerously coated with the greenherbs.Roast the salmon for 10 to 12 minutes,until almost cooked in the centerat the thickest part. The center willbe firm with just a line of uncookedsalmon in the very center. (I peekby inserting the tip of a small knife.)Cover the dish tightly with aluminumfoil and allow to rest for 10 minutes.Cut the salmon crosswise

Lunch & DinnerLIVER CANDIDA DETOX*Suitable for the liver & candida portion of this planDijon Mustard CoconutChicken2 chicken breasts1 tsp cumin½ tsp paprika2 tsp minced garlicSea salt and cracked pepper1 tbsp organic butter½ can full fat coconut milk1 tbsp Dijon mustard2 organic Bay leaves1 tsp freshly chopped thyme Zest from one whole organiclemon (make sure to wash the skin!) Preheat oven to 400.Begin by adding salt, pepper, cuminand paprika on chicken breastsand set aside. Add butter to apreheated oven-safe pan that’sbeen on medium heat. Add chickenand cook on both sides to brownevenly. Remove from pan and setaside on a plate for now. Add abit more butter and add in mincedgarlic, coconut milk, thyme, bayleaves and Dijon mustard. Mix andthen add chicken back to pan tothe oven for 20 minutes, removeand then serve.

Brown on every side,cover and shake periodically andcook for an additional 10 minutes.I use these chicken balls foreverything from salad to zucchininoodles. They’re very versatile!

Lunch & DinnerLIVER CANDIDA DETOX*Suitable for the liver & candida portion of this planCauliflower Fritters with Guaccool until no longer hot.½ head large cauliflower1 tbsp coconut oil2 eggs2 tsp. coconut flour½ tsp onion powder½ tsp minced garlic½ tsp. sea salt2 tbsp of coconut oil for cookingthe frittersTransfer cooled cauliflower mixtureto a bowl. Add the coconut flour,eggs, onion and garlic powderalong with salt until well combined.Heat another skillet over mediumheat and add a spoonful of cookingfat to coat the bottom. Cut cauliflower into florets andthen place the florets into a foodprocessor. Pulse for about 10seconds, until you get cauliflowerrice.In a large skillet, heat the 1 Tbs.of oil over medium heat. Addthe crumbled cauliflower, stir tocoat, then cover and cook for 2-3minutes. Remove the cover andcook for another 2-3 minutes, untilsoftened. Turn off the heat and letTo make the fritters take just overhalf of a tablespoon, roll into a ballin your hands and lightly flatten itso it’s roughly ½ an inch thick.Cook until golden brown and crispy,about 2 minutes. Flip and cook untilthe other side is golden. (To flipthem easily, I push them to the sideof the skillet and use the side of theskillet to tip them onto the otherside.)Add more fat to the pan and repeatwith remaining batter.

Roast untiltender but firm – roughly 20 minutes.Squeeze with a little lemon juice andserve.

Lunch & DinnerLIVER CANDIDA DETOX*Suitable for the liver & candida portion of this planShredded Egg & Endive Salad 6 eggs¼ tsp salt¼ tsp pepper2 small endives shredded1 medium shallot, chopped3 garlic cloves minced¼ cup chopped fresh dill2 tbsp finely chopped basilOlive oil to drizzleCover eggs with several inches ofwater. Add ½ teaspoon of salt intowater as this will help to make theeggs to peel a little easier. Bring theeggs to a gentle boil over high heat.As soon as water bubbles, removepot from heat and turn off burner,cover pot and stand for 10 minutes.Rinse under ice cold running water orimmerse in an ice bath for 10 minutes.If water gets warm in the ice bath,discard water and recover with moreice water. Drain eggs, then peel. Topeel easily, peel under cold water.Place hardboiled eggs in a bowl of icecold water.In a separate bowl, shred endives andthe remaining ingredients leaving theolive oil for last. Take eggs out of coldwater and shred them in to endivemixture and mix together.This dish goes well wrapped in collardgreen wraps and served with a side ofroasted radishes and carrots.Place the eggs in a pot and cover withcold water by a 1/2-inch or so. Bringto a gentle boil. Now turn off the heat,cover, and let sit for ten minutes (acouple minutes longer than I normallydo). Have a big bowl of ice water readyand when the eggs are done cookingplace them in the ice bath for threeminutes or so - long enough to stopthe cooking. Crack and peel each egg,then use the big holes on a standardbox grater to grate the eggs. Place ina bowl and use your fingers to gentlytoss the eggs with the salt and pepper.At this point you can add whatever youlike to the salad - I tossed in shreddedradicchio, fresh dill, shallots, andshaved baby radishes. Serve toppedwith tiny dollops of something creamy- like creme fraich or plain yogurt, anda drizzle of olive oil. Just a bit of eachso you don’t weigh it down.Serves 4

Lunch & DinnerLIVER CANDIDA DETOX*Suitable for the liver & candida portion of this planChicken Burgers 2lb ground chicken1 egg1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp chili flakes2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp onion powder2 tsp oregano powder½ tsp sea saltPreheat oven to 350.Mix all ingredients together and put aball of the mixture in your hand andflatten to make a patty. The entiremixture should yield roughly sixburgers depending on the size of yourpatties. Put in the oven to bake for 15minutes and remove and grill on a grillpan on either side for a remaining fiveminutes.Serve in a collard green wrap withtoppings of your choice.

Lunch & DinnerLIVER CANDIDA DETOX*Suitable for the liver portion of this plan onlyAvocado Chicken Salad 1 lb. cooked and shreddedskinless, boneless chicken breastcooled2 stalks celery, chopped½ yellow, orange or red pepper,chopped¼ cup dates¼ cup cashews, chopped¼ cup chopped almonds1 avocado1/3 C plain coconut yogurt½ tsp cumin1 tbsp unsweetened shreddedcoconut flakesJuice from one limeSalt and pepper to tasteCombine chicken, celery, pepper,dates, coconut flakes, almondsand cashews in a large bowl. In aseparate bowl, mash avocado withlime juice. A fork should suffice fora ripe avocado, but you may wantto process it if it is a bit firm. Addyogurt, cumin, salt and pepper andmix thoroughly.Add to chicken mixture and foldtogether until all ingredients arecovered. (Make sure to cool thechicken as to not melt the yogurt).
