PRACTICAL EVANGELISM WORKSHOP TEACHING1) Praying for Divine appointmentsPrayer is a great key to being fruitful in our evangelism outreaches.Prayerless people are powerless. Before going out to evangelise we needto pray for Divine appointments and for God to prepare the hearts of thosethat we will be ministering to receive the gospel message. Prayer involvesGod in our evangelism outreaches. (Acts 4:23-31) This is a great key toseeing fruit in our evangelism outreaches. We need to pray in the harvest.Prayer also helps to prepare our hearts and to get us in tune with God’sheart for people. We need to always pray that the Holy Spirit will anointour words and direct our conversations when we are witnessing to others.God knows the hearts and needs of all people. Before preaching we needto invite the Holy Spirit to speak through us and to anoint our words.2) Some keys to being effective in one-on-one evangelism- Firstly and most importantly we need to have a clear understanding ofthe gospel message and be able to communicate it to others in anuncomplicated way. (Please refer to the gospel of Grace teaching in theFire Workshop manual to help you in this) Whenever we share our faithwith others we need to incorporate the message of the cross. It is insharing the gospel message that people’s hearts will be opened toreceive Christ. (Romans 1:16)- We need to be led by the Holy Spirit when seeking who to witness to.God knows the heart of every person and who is ready to receive thegospel message. This is a great key to avoiding time wasters- The importance of making a good first impression. We need to be friendly- We need to GENUINELY care for people; That those that we witness tomust see that we have a genuine interest in their lives- ASK SOME QUESTIONS THAT WILL CAUSE PEOPLE TO THINK ABOUT LIFEAND ETERNITY TO HELP LOWER THEIR GUARD. I.e. what do you thinkhappens when you die? Do you believe in an afterlife?- We need to learn to listen to and pay attention to people. Listening tosomeone who is sharing their life’s struggles with us will so often open theirheart to receiving the message of the gospel. Listening to people is a greatkey to opening up opportunities for us to share our faith with others. In aworld that is becoming more and more impersonal, just to listen to peoplefirst is a great key to being effective in sharing our faith with others

- We need God’s compassion for people when we are witnessing to andpreaching to others. Otherwise we are just clanging cymbals(1 Corinthians 13:1)- We must not compete with each other when we go out witnessing in pairs- We must never perceive those that are lost as being our enemies. God hasa great love for all people from all religious and philosophical backgroundsand desires that all would come to repentance and faith in Christ and besaved. God simply has a great love for all people. The conversion of theApostle Paul who was persecuting Christians prior to coming to faith is aperfect example of God’s incredible grace and love for all people- When sharing our faith it must never be about winning an argument butalways about making known the love of God to the people that we arewitnessing to and what Christ has done for them. Nothing looks worsethan to see a Christian in a heated argument with an unbeliever abouttheir faith. It is the goodness of God that leads people to repentance.(Romans 2:4)- Sometimes we need to just agree to disagree with someone who is notyet open to receiving the gospel message after we have shared our faithwith them. It is so important that after we have shared our faith withothers that we ALWAYS leave on loving terms. We must not bruise thefruit by trying to force our faith on others when they are not yet ready toreceive Christ into their hearts and lives.- A good way to finish our witnessing to someone who is not yet open toreceiving Christ is simply to ask them if we can we pray for them thatthey would one day know the love of Christ in a real and tangible way. Most times they will say yes to this question. Again all that we do mustalways be motivated by love.- Again praying for Divine appointments and being led by the Holy Spirit asto who to witness to, is a great key to seeing fruitfulness in our witnessingto others. Especially when we are part of an outreach team, it is good tomake the most of the time that we are outreaching by only witnessing tothose people that God puts on our heart to share our faith with. WithDivine appointments people’s hearts have usually already been preparedto receive the gospel message when we share our faith with them.- Using ice breakers is a great way of opening up conversations with others

- Some possible ice breakers to use include: Compliments, commenting onthe weather, talking about a person’s child or dog, asking for any prayerneeds, inviting someone to church, or posing the question, “What do youthink happens when someone dies?”- It is good to first engage in general conversation with the people that weare witnessing to so that they can see that we are genuinely interested intheir lives. FIRST the natural and then the spiritual.- It is important that we are never pushy. As we engage with people inconversation we will invariably see God turning the conversation around atthe right time so that we can share about the things of God. Again we mustallow the Holy Spirit to direct our conversations, and- We need to keep directing the focus of our witnessing back to the fact thatonly Jesus can save us because we have ALL sinned and fall short of theglory of God (Romans 3:23)SO HOW CAN WE KEEP POINTING PEOPLE BACK TO THEIR NEED FOR CHRISTWhen the enemy is trying to draw us into a debate or to take us away fromsharing our faith with others, we must continually keep bringing ourconversation back to Christ. We can gently do this in a number of ways; By continually letting those that we are sharing our faith withknow just how much God loves them and what Jesus did forthem by dying on the cross for their sinsJesus Himself said, “For God so loved the world that He gave His onlybegotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but haveeverlasting life.” (John 3:16) By letting people know that they can have a fresh start to lifetoday and that God will completely forgive them of all their sinsif they come to Christ. That God is the God of second and thirdand fourth chances. That God is able to restore broken lives.(Psalm 103:2-5) By emphasising that where we spend eternity is the mostimportant thing in life and how Jesus Christ gave His life forthem as God’s desire is truly that none would perishJesus Himself said, “For what profit is it to a man if he gains thewhole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give inexchange for his soul?” (Matthew 16:26)

That we make it clear that we all miss the mark of sinlessperfection which is the entry requirement for heaven.(Matthew 5:48) (James 2:10) That none of us can ever lead asinless life. Only Jesus can forgive us of our sins. The Apostle Paul wrote,“As it is written, “There is none righteous, no, not one; There is none whounderstands; There is none who seeks after God. They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no,not one.” (Romans 3:10a-12)“for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” (Romans 3:23)In the book of Jeremiah we read,“The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who canknow it?” (Jeremiah 17:9-10)In the book of Acts we read,“Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name underheaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12)The Apostle Paul wrote,“For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the ManChrist Jesus,” (1 Timothy 2:4) That we let people know that God has a unique plan for everyperson’s life that begins the moment they come to Christ. A planthat is full of purpose and meaningThe Apostle Paul wrote,“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”(Ephesians 2:10)And THAT WE EMPHASISE HOW THE BIBLE MAKES IT CLEAR THATGOD WILL MEET OUR EVERY NEED IN LIFE WHEN WE PUT JESUSCHRIST FIRST IN OUR LIFE. (Philippians 4:19) (Matthew 6:33)As we listen to people we can encourage and comfort them asthey share about their needs, fears and concerns in life with us,by letting them know what the bible says about God’sfaithfulness and what He can do for them in life. That no situation is ever impossible for God. That He is bothwilling and able to help us in time of need. That “For with Godnothing will be impossible.” (Luke 1:37) We have a God whoboth hears and answers prayers that are in line with His will forour life. (1 John 5:14-15) God always knows what is best for us.

That God promises to meet our every need in life when we putChrist first place in our life (Physical, Emotional and Spiritual)Jesus Himself said, “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’Or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all thesethings the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need allthese things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, andall these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:31-33)King David wrote, “A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, IsGod in His holy habitation. God sets the solitary in families; He brings outthose who are bound into prosperity; .” (Psalm 68:5-6)“O GOD, Your are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for you;My flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water. SoI have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, My lips shall praise You.Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. Mysoul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness, And my mouth shallpraise You with joyful lips. When I remember You on my bed, I meditateon You in the night watches. Because You have been my help, Therefore inthe shadow of Your wings I will rejoice.” (Psalm 63:1-7) That God will connect us with good friends and the right peoplein life to help us to fulfil our God given destiny That God knows our every need in life even before we askHim (Matthew 6:32) That Jesus came that we might have life and that we mighthave it more abundantly; that we can live a life that is full ofpurpose and meaning (John 10:10) That Jesus will never leave nor forsake those who come to Him.(Hebrews 13:5) We can therefore have great stability in our life That God is able to resurrect the broken dreams in our life(Psalm 103:2-5) (2 Corinthians 5:17) That though the Christian walk is challenging at times the Lordpromises to be with us each and every step of the way(Matthew 28:20) And That one day the best is yet to come when we have an eternalhome with Jesus (John 14:3)

AS WE CONTINUALLY LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT WHAT GOD CAN DO FORTHEM IN LIFE AND HOW HE IS CONTINUALLY FAITHFUL TO THOSE WHOPUT THEIR FAITH AND TRUST IN HIM, WE CAN BEGIN TO CONVINCEPEOPLE OF HOW WISE AND GOOD IT IS TO COME TO CHRIST As we begin to prepare to lead a person to Christ we can then letthem know that we all have a God shaped vacuum which only Godcan fill. That without Christ we are separated from God’s presenceand that no other thing, career or person can ever fill that void inour life That there is great joy in heaven over even one sinner that repentsand comes to Christ and that Jesus will never reject anyone thatcomes to Him (Luke 15:7) (John 6:37) AT THIS TIME IT IS THEN GOOD TO SHARE THE GOSPEL MESSAGEWITH THOSE THAT YOU ARE WITNESSING TOO. It is in thesharing of the gospel message that people’s hearts are opened toreceive Christ into their lives. This is God’s saving grace thatcomes upon people as they hear the gospel. The Apostle Paul wrote, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for theJew first and also for the Greek.” (Romans 1:16)FOLLOWING ARE THREE EXAMPLES OF HOW WE COULD SHARE THEGOSPEL WITH OTHER PEOPLE THAT WE ARE WITNESSING TO.EXAMPLE ONE (Short presentation):God’s heart is to have a loving relationship with every person in the world. God’s desireis that every person would live a life that is full of great purpose and meaning and haveeternal life. However it is our sin that separates us from a Holy God. But because of His great lovefor us God sent His Son Jesus Christ into the world to reconcile us back to Himself.Jesus Christ Himself said,“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoeverbelieves in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)Because of His great love for you and me Jesus willing died on the cross at Calvary topay the penalty for all of our sins. But death could not hold Him; Three days later Hearose triumphantly from the grave and is alive forever more. Today Jesus is reachingout to you and knocking on the door of your heart. Today you can open the door of yourheart to Him and receive the gift of eternal life.

EXAMPLE TWO (Goodness of God focus using some key scriptures):God's desire is that you would not only have a fulfilled life here on earth, but that youwould also have an eternal home with Him.Jesus Himself said, “For God so loved the world that He gave His onlybegotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but haveeverlasting life.” (John 3:16)God loves ALL people and desires to have a relationship with each and every one ofus, no matter how many mistakes that we may have made in the past. Because ofGod’s great love for us and Jesus Christ’s willingness to die on the cross for our sins,we can receive God’s forgiveness by coming to Christ, so that we can have eternallife and a future that is full of purpose and meaning. The Apostle Paul wrote, “For when we were still without strength, in due time Christdied for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die, yet perhaps for agood man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own lovetoward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:6-8)Jesus Christ loves you with a passion. This is why He bled and died on the crossat Calvary to pay the penalty for all of our sins. But death could not hold Him down;Three days later Jesus Christ arose triumphantly from the dead and is aliveforevermore. Today Jesus Christ is knocking on the door of your heart. Today youcan open your heart to Him and receive the free gift of eternal lifeEXAMPLE THREE (Incorporating the reality of both heaven and hell):Where we spend eternity is the most important thing. Jesus made it clear that thereis only one way to get to heaven.Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life, No one comes to the Fatherexcept through Me.” (John 14:6) He also said, “I am the resurrection and thelife. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. Andwhoever lives and believes in Me shall never die.” (John 11:25-26)Only Jesus Christ can forgive us of our sins. The simple fact is that we have all made mistakes in life. None of us are perfect. The bible makes this very clear. The Apostle Paul wrote, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory ofGod.” (Romans 3:23)As it is written: “There is none righteous, no not one;” (Romans 3:10)FOR THIS REASON WE MUST ALL PERSONALLY RECEIVE THE GIFT OF ETERNALLIFE BY OPENING UP OUR HEART TO JESUS CHRIST AND MAKING HIM OUR OWNPERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOUR DURING OUR TIME HERE ON EARTHThe Apostle Paul also wrote, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift ofGod is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

JESUS CHRIST CHOSE TO LEAVE HEAVEN FOR 33 YEARS TO RECONCILE USBACK TO GOD. HE DIED ON THE CROSS AT CALVARY TO PAY THE PENALTYFOR OUR SINS, but three days later He arose triumphantly from the dead. Jesusis alive and back in Heaven and is coming back soon.ONLY JESUS CHRIST CAN SAVE US FROM OUR SINSNo one except Jesus Christ has ever led a sinless life. The simple fact is that we have all lied at some time in our life, lusted after otherpeople, or gossiped about others. None of us have or can keep God’s standard ofsinless perfection ALL the time. That is why we must all personally turn from our sin and come to Jesus Christwith a humble heart to receive His forgiveness and His righteousness.Jesus Himself said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, (ABeliever) he cannot see the Kingdom of God.” (John 3:3) All who reject Jesus willbe accountable for their own sins when they are resurrected in the body to face Him(God) at the final judgement. The final destiny for all unbelievers is the Lake of fireinto which the Devil, the False Prophet the Anti-Christ and other fallen angels arealso cast. (Revelation. 20:10-15)THIS IS NOT GOD’S DESIRE.Jesus loves you with a passion. Today He stands knocking at the door of your heart.Today the sinless blood that He shed on the cross at Calvary for all people can washall of your sins away. Today will you turn from your sins and open your heart toJesus Christ and accept His gift of eternal life? Finally just invite them to pray with you. Let them know that youwould love to see them experience the peace and joy in theirheart and the purpose that comes from being in a personalrelationship with Jesus Christ. AT THIS TIME YOU CAN THEN LEADTHEM THROUGH THE SINNERS PRAYERFollowing is one suggested example of a sinner’s prayer;Dear Father God today I turn from my sins to live for You. I believe that JesusChrist died for all my sins and arose from the dead three days later. Today Iturn from my sins to live for You. Today I invite Jesus Christ to come into myheart and life to be my Lord and Saviour and best friend from this day on.Fill me with the Holy Spirit I pray in Jesus Name, Amen.- PRACTICAL EXERCISE: Split into pairs. One person is to take on the role ofthe person being witnessed to and the other the role of sharing their faithwith that person. Spend 3-5 minutes sharing your faith. Then swap roles

3) Tract MinistryGospel tracts are a great tool to use to help unbelievers to come toChrist. For new believers, giving out gospel tracts is a great way ofsharing their faith with others whilst they are growing themselves intheir own faith. It is always good to have some gospel tracts with us so that we are ableto give tracts to people that we meet who are searching for answers inlife, or who are experiencing great trials and challenges in their life. Thisis especially the case for those who travel a lot. It is so important that weare always prepared to share our faith, in season and out of season.Tracts are also a great tool for those who are regular train commuters. There are always many opportunities on the train to connect withunbelievers and to give out tracts.Following are some keys that can help you to become more effective indistributing tracts to people;- Become familiar with the content of the tract that you are handingout. It is good to have a tract that is very clear and concise in itscontent and easily understood by unbelievers AND that you feel goodabout distributing- Share a little about the content of the tract with those that you aregiving the tract to. This can help the reader to more fully embrace themessage on the tract- It is good to also point people to where the sinner’s prayer is locatedfor those that we spend some time talking to during our outreaches.Often at this time you can suggest to them that now would be a goodtime for them to say this prayer; that there is no better day that“today” for them to start their new life with Christ- Share as the Holy Spirit leads that God has a good plan for everyperson’s life when you are handing out the gospel tracts to others. Thiscan be very encouraging to those who are going through struggles,- Sometimes the most effective way to distribute tracts is to just leavethem in the hands of the people that you have given them to withoutsaying anything. Then as they read the tracts the Holy Spirit will beginto minister to them, and

- Just a few things that can help us to distribute tracts more effectively are; Having worship music in the background during our outreaches.Worship helps to open up the heavens and makes people morereceptive to receiving the gospel tracts Being led by the Holy Spirit when handing out the tracts. Especiallywhen you have many people walking towards you in a street outreachit is good to be led by the Spirit who to give the tracts to. Otherwisewe can miss many who may be open to the gospel message Gently looking at placing the tracts into the hands of those passingby. This helps people to decide to receive the tracts Being always enthusiastic and friendly when handing out tractsto others. We must refuse to get discouraged when we get people rejecting thegospel tracts but keep smiling. A smile helps to open up people’shearts to receive the tracts If one or two people say no to receiving tracts, let one or two otherspass by before resuming handing out the tracts. There is a sheepfactor that so often stops people from receiving tracts. When one saysno to receiving the tract those following them will also often say no,And Finally, it is important that the tracts that you are handing out have aclear presentation of the gospel message and a sinner’s prayer. It isalso good to have a website and/or church address on the gospeltract so that people can connect with a local church and otherbelievers through the tract4) Lifestyle EvangelismThe bible makes it clear that the way we live our life is the greatest witnessto others. People will look at us as believers to see if there is anythingdifferent about us. As mature believers we should live in a way that is totallydifferent to those in the world; that we as believers are truly the salt of theearth and the light of the world. (Matthew 5:13-14)Even though we will all go through many trials and challenges in life asbelievers, (Acts 14:22) (2 Timothy 3:12) our lives as Christians should becharacterized by peace, joy and purpose and that we have a genuine lovefor others.

It is by living out our faith in this manner that we will have credibility in ourwitnessing to others and see doors opening to share our faith with othersaround us. For some we may be the only bible that they read. The Apostle Peter wrote, “Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstainfrom fleshly lusts which war against the soul, having your conduct honourable amongthe Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your goodworks which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation.” (1 Peter 2:11-12)“But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense toeveryone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear;having a good conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revileyour good conduct in Christ may be ashamed.” (1 Peter 3:15-16)Jesus Himself said, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your goodworks and glorify your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if youhave love for one another.” (John 13:34-35)The Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians, “You are our epistle, written in ourhearts, known and read by all men.” (2 Corinthians 3:2)Given the importance of living out the faith that we profess, howimportant it is as Christians that we learn to consistently walk in the Spirit. The Apostle Paul wrote, “I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfilthe lust of the flesh.” (Galatians 5:16) “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.Against such there is no law.” (Galatians 5:22-23)5) Sharing our TestimonySharing our testimony is a powerful way to witness to others. When weshare with others how Christ has changed our life and where He has takenus from, it opens up the door to share the gospel message with them. Noone can argue about a life that has been transformed through Jesus Christcoming into their life.In the book of Revelation we read,“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of theirtestimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” (Revelation 12:11)We all have a testimony to share of how Jesus Christ has made a bigdifference in our lives. When we have Divine appointments with others thatwe are witnessing to, we will find that our testimony of how Christ haschanged our lives will so often be relevant to what is happening in theirown personal lives. This will then so often lead to them also accepting JesusChrist into their heart to be their own personal Lord and Saviour.

When sharing our testimony it is good to include the following: What life was like before we came to Christ How we came to know Christ as our Lord and Saviour How Christ has changed our life and the way that we now live, and How living for Christ has given us greater purpose and meaning in lifePRACTICAL EXERCISE: Split into pairs and prayerfully put together a briefoutline of your testimony of coming to faith and how Christ has changedyour life. (5-10 key points) Take ten minutes to do this. Then share yourown personal testimony (3-5 minutes) with each other in turnSOME TIPS TO PREPARING YOUR PERSONAL STORY (TESTIMONY)1) Pray as you prepare and put together you testimony. Pray also before youshare your story (testimony) with others by asking the Holy Spirit to speakthrough you as you share your testimony with others2) Prepare your testimony so that a non-Christian will understand how Jesushas changed your life3) Avoid too much detail about the bad things in you past that might tend toglorify sinful exploits or cause people to judge you4) In telling how you came to know Jesus Christ as you personal Lord and Savioursay it in a way that others can imitate when they decide to trust in Him5) You may include short bible verses that complement your testimony andhelp give clarity to what you are sharing with others. “. Faith comes byhearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17)6) Try to use common, non-church words as much as possible when sharingwith unbelievers. Avoid using Biblical or religious terms such as “bornagain,” “washed in the Blood,” “saved” and “alleluia” which they may notunderstand. We need to learn to be naturally spiritual.7) Avoid speaking negatively about any other religion, especially the religionthat you may have followed before coming to Christ.8) Focus on what Christ has done in YOUR life, not the errors of your formerfaith. Speaking negatively about other religions can be a barrier to otherscoming to Christ. Keep focused on sharing how Christ has transformedyour life.9) Conclude your testimony naturally by saying something like “I hope thatmy testimony has been an encouragement for you,” and10) You may then like to invite people to share in your own experience ofaccepting Jesus Christ into your life by giving them the opportunity ofmaking Him their own personal Lord and Saviour in their life.

6) Christian Apologetics (Keeping our focus on Christ)When sharing our faith with others the enemy (the Devil) will continuallytry and distract and prevent people from coming to faith. Both theenemy and the flesh are a barrier to people coming to faith in Christ. Thesimple fact is that human nature without Christ is generally all aboutwhat I can get out of life and that people usually do not want to let go ofthe control of their own lives. The Apostle Paul wrote,“As it is written, “There is none righteous, no, not one; There is none whounderstands; There is none who seeks after God.” (Romans 3:10-11)So when a person is presented with the message of the gospel which isall about surrendering control of their lives to Jesus Christ, so often theywill try and justify why they do not have to come to Christ by askingquestions to those who are witnessing to them to stop and discouragethem from sharing their faith with them. For this reason as a Christian we need to be able to answer thesequestions adequately so that we can continue to keep sharing our faithwith a person. Early in my Christian walk I would at times be close toleading someone to Christ and then they would ask me a question that Icould not adequately address with the result that they did not come tofaith in Christ at that time.I would then go home and prayerfully seek the Lord how I could havebest answered their questions so that I could have continued sharing myfaith with them.Below are some of the questions that they asked with some possibleways of addressing these questions:SHORTER RESPONSES TO DIFFICULT QUESTIONS(TO HELP GUIDE PEOPLE TO A DECISION FOR CHRIST)- (I am a Catholic already)I used to call myself an Anglican but for many years I never knew God personally. The moment I invited Jesus Christ into my heart to be my Lord and Saviour at theage of 29 I had an inner peace for the first time in my life. I have now had arelationship with Jesus Christ, who is my best friend for 26 years. Over this time Hehas helped me to live a life that is full of purpose and meaning.

- (I am already a very religious person)I used to be very religious myself but I never had true peace in my heart. As Istruggled through life I never knew that there was a God who actually cared aboutme so much that He sent His own Son Jesus Christ into the world to die for all ofour sins. When I heard about Jesus Christ’s sacrificial love for all people andinvited Him into my heart to be my Lord and Saviour all of a sudden I experiencedgreat joy and an inner peace that I have now enjoyed for 26 years, even during thetrials of life. I now have an intimate relationship with God and constantly speak toHim in prayer to gain wisdom and guidanc

PRACTICAL EVANGELISM WORKSHOP TEACHING 1) Praying for Divine appointments Prayer is a great key to being fruitful in our evangelism outreaches. Prayerless people are powerless. Before going out to evangelise we need to pray for Divine appointments and for God to prepare the hearts of those t
