My laboratory uses patient-derived xenografts and genetically engineered and syngeneic mouse models ofovarian cancer to study these pathways and to test novel diagnostics and therapeutics for eventual translation tothe clinic. We have generated a clinically annotated tumor bank of fresh tissue samples and paraffin-embeddedtissue microarrays that serve as an ongoing and valuable resource for translational research.
