Key Facts to Know MaintainProperty Tax Rate – The 89.4 millionbond—which will replace an old bond that is endingthis year and will draw from a tax base that hasincreased substantially since 1997--is expected tomaintain the average current tax rate of 2.80 per 1,000 assessed value.
