What is New? An Overview Beginning on July 21, 2014, Self-Installing Dealers will be able topurchase and/or LEASESHIP Exede Voice adapters so they are ableto install and activate Exede Voice service at the same time theyinstall and activate a new customer’s Exede Internet service. When a Self-Installing Dealer places a new order that includesExede Voice service, the dealer’s installing technician must installand activate the Exede Voice service at the time of installation.(Please see the following slide on Order Entry for additionaldetails.) Customers adding Exede Voice service to an existing account willcontinue to use the current process. Up-selling Exede Voice at theTime of Internet Installation Some customers may choose not to include Exede Voice service ontheir initial order. Installing technicians may attempt to up-sellExede Voice while on site completing the Exede Internet serviceinstallation. However, your technician will not be able to install andactivate the Exede Voice service at the time of installation andactivation of the Exede Internet service unless Exede Voice wasincluded in the initial order. These customers will be mailed an Exede Voice Adapter withinstructions on how to install and activate their new Exede Voicehome phone service.
