Applications for examination for Licenses A, B, C and D are being processed in less than 6 weeks. The BSEE and PSI isworking to improve that time. It will alsohave the https://elicensing.state.ma.us/CitizenAccess/ address. This mailing is expected to occur in early February. The BSEE Website has been updated to show new member and Chair. Merrimack Valley Disaster ReportP. Vigneau to report from the B.F.P.R. – Merrimack Valley – there is nothing new to report from the DFS/ BFPRperspective. We deal with a few issues on a case by case basis with the local fire chiefs, but nothing extraordinary.A. Alfonso to report from the B.S.E.E. – B.S.E.E. is finished with work in Merrimack Valley. 10:20AM K. Guinee arrivedDPL hired one person to work with all licensing departments issuing Record ID and Authorization codes.Expediting these numbers has been much faster. All licensees are requested to email DPLauthcodes@mass.gov for theirrecord ID and authorization numbers.License Renewals start March May 1st, 2019 – License holders can renew on line as of March May1st if they had previously created and account and linked their license. Smith will be writing monthly newsletter.o Outreach for women in all building trades – T. Smith will be working with local committees and associations toencourage women to take a more active role in the Trade Boards.o January 31st Worcester County Electrical Leagueo Inspector Seminars with C. Kilb – Scheduled for Spring 2019 Paul Asselin – May 2nd Western Chapter IAEI, Greek Cultural Center in Springfield Peter Diamond – Municipal Electrical Inspector Association Ken Ferreira – May 16th, 2019 Umass Dartmouth BSEE is looking for a Boston location in Julyo Off Campus BSEE Meetings BSEE will arrange to have a private room for closed sessions so that no pending matters are postponed. BSEE will invite other vocational schools in surrounding locations to attend the meeting. These meeting may move slower but timely to provide a civics lesson to students on how governmentworks. BSEE invited 600 and 300 hour schools to attend Career Fairs at vocational schools. Bringinginformation to students and parents about opportunities for education and employment aftergraduation. JATC of Greater Boston attending March 25th and November 25th meetings JATC of Southeastern Massachusetts Electrical Apprenticeship attending May 20th, June 24thand September 23rd meetings. Peterson Schools have confirmed attendance in all schools.OLD BUSINESS:A.B.C.6.In November 2018 BSEE meeting members requested term end dates for all members. List included inAgenda package.In November 2018 BSEE meeting, Chair requested a number of licenses still not linked.Staff is working on this report.In November 2018 BSEE meeting, T. Cunningham requested if Providers will be notified long before renewalif an errors occurred when uploading files via Interchange. We expect to generate reports to all Providers of any submission errors this Spring so thatcorrections can be made prior to renewal.B.
