On an aggregated basis, the VREPs haveagreed to provide service to 4,214,000 ESI IDs across all customer classes in all POLR serviceareas.In addition to the request to be designated as a VREP, Reliant filed a request on February 19,2021under 16 Tex. Entrust has transferred a majority of its customers to another retail electricprovider as part of a mass acquisition. As a result of this acquisition, Entrust is no longer eligibleto be a designated LSP POLR for the 2021 - 2022 term under 16 TAC § 25.43(h) and the LSPPOLR list has been updated to remove Entrust.Attached are the revised LSP POLR list and the revised VREP POLR list.
