Also enclosed is a booklet entitled, “Employer Rights andResponsibilities Following a Federal OSFIA Inspection”, (OSHA 3000-04R) revised 2018, which explains yourrights and responsibilities under the Act. If you have any questions about the enclosed citations and penalties, Iwould welcome further discussions in person or by telephone.
