Alphabetical by Firm NameDBE DIRECTORY NOTICEThis publication is NOT an endorsement or guarantee of the capability, dependability, availability, or bonding limit ofany firm listed. All work performed by DBE firms are eligible for DBE credit as long as the DBE is certified in thework category the bid item would fall under. DBE credit will be given regardless of the GFE Required status.ADOT & PF NOTICE TO PRIME CONTRACTORSTo be found in compliance with the provisions of the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities ContractStandard Modification E 114, Section 120, a prime contractor must contact all DBE firms listed as a DBE - MandatoryContact on the Department's Plan Holder's Self-Registration List. The requirements of the DBE Program no longerrequire prime bidders to use the DBE Directory to determine which DBEs it must solicit in order to meet a project'sDBE Utilization Goal. Prime bidders are still required to use the DBE Directory, however, to determine whether a DBEfirm is certified to perform the work being bid.Notification to all active DBEs listed on the Department's Plan Holders Self-Registration List for the project being bidmust be given at least seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening. The prime bidder must give the DBE firms no lessthan five (5) days to respond.ADOT & PF NOTICE TO DBE CONTRACTORSA DBE firm may establish itself as a mandatory contact by registering on a project's Plan Holder's Self-Registration List within seven (7) days ofthe project's advertised date.
